Mass Effect 3 is an action role-playing game developed by BioWare and published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. The game was released March 6, 2012. The Wii U port was developed by an Australian company called Straight Right, and was released as a Wii U launch game under the title Mass Effect 3 Special Edition.
Mass Effect 3's soundtrack is composed by Clint Mansell, Christopher Lennertz, Cris Velasco, Sam Hulick and Sasha Dikiciyan.
"Creation" soundtrack is composed by Cris Velasco and Sascha Dikiciyan. Original duration: 2:13.

I love how each character creation music theme fits the start game.
ME1 is kinda laid back, (you) haven't found your identity yet.
ME2 has a mad scientist feel, after everything that just happened, your back alive in an unknown lab.
ME3 feel like its literally telling you "hurry up, get ready, its about to hit the fan" its chaotic, exciting, foreboding.
The Mass Effect 1 character creation music is anything but laid-back.
It's dark and brooding.
What about Andromeda?

The Third theme to me sounds more like Heroic, Like the Final Ending of a Long and Epic Story

Whenever I get to Mass Effect 3 and see Shepard in the new character creation screen graphics, I'm just like "it's good to see you again, commander"
Brings a lot of memories from 2012...the year when I discovered the ME trilogy....what a awesome adventure for me...I just want to erase my memory and start over again the ME over and over....best damn experience in my life.
Yeah, that initial feeling of playing the game is so god damn priceless.

It was earlier for me, but yes. ME1 was all about exploring the galaxy, and you really got that feeling from it. ME2 was almost no exploration, I missed that a lot, but damn... Insane games
I discovered it technically in 2012 but forgot about it then i acc started to notice it when my friend gave me mass 2 in class and then i was like HOLY SMOKES i need to play number 3
That comment brought me back to 2012 when i started the trilogy from ME3

Looked up who was part of this and not surprised it's Sascha Dikiciyan's work.
He's been making great music for over a decade now. I still listen to the Quake 2 soundtrack.
Let's face it, if you're hearing THIS creation theme for this long, you did something wrong.
since I played me1 and 2 first, I dont think I actually remember hearing this in me3 XD was in such a hurry to play.
I listened to it for a long time because the game didn't import my character's face correctly and I had to tweak it a lot before playing. But this song is so awesome I didn't mind.

My game didn't import the face at all. Said there was an error. Spent hours reconstructing Shepard.

Al final mi shepard no quedo exactamente igual al que tenia en ME1 y ME2 pero quedo considerablemente parecido. Al menos con la Legendary edition arreglaron ese problema.

Ever since I first listened to this when the game launched it has given me the heebie-jeebies. It gives me a sense of faint confidence but mostly dread and urgency. The last game, the last chance. Either we win now or we all die. *shivers*
Oh the memories. Every time I started I would make my shep and then just sit and listen to this. Thinking about the upcoming battles.
This game Kicked Ass all of them.

Oh come on, Andromeda wasn't that bad. It definitely ain't the original trilogy, but it improved certain aspects enough that saved it from being an outright bad game; like the gameplay (lets be real here, the series was taking that turn to begin with. Andromeda nailed the gameplay department and was less of a cover shooter, which were so many peoples complaints to begin with) and expanding on the planet travelling which Mass Effect 1 established. Everything else was more or less decent, nothing horrible or truly special either.
Bioware got turned into Husks.

I like that it went to a more exploration type game rather then si fi military shooter it gave them more room for Andromeda I loged me 1 2 3 but Andromesa has its own Feel one that i have come to enjoy
The storyline became shit since they switched the main writer during ME2 development.
My favorite tune from Sam, I think I like this even better than Uncharted

The only thing consistently good about the Mass Effect games is the music.
well, it's also the good voice acting and characters that are consistently good as well.
And the simple fact that the first 3 Mass Effect Games were consistently masterpieces.

That's debatable.
Mass Effect 1 was great. The combat was pretty clunky, but the storytelling was amazing.
Mass Effect 2 had nice and polished combat, but the story was shit. Sure, the squadmate missions were good, but the main story was trash. The whole Collector plot was a glorified side quest.
Mass Effect 3 was plagued with having to pick up the slack from Mass Effect 2 being a plot cul de sac.
If you delved into the data mining of ME3 it was much better before BioWare the leak in November 2011. Hell, Javik was actually part of the main story. The parts that were changed the least were Rannoch and Tuchanka.
Among other parts, Horizon, the Ardat Yakshi sanctuary, and the attack on the Citadel mission were more fleshed out.
They should have sucked it up and left it unchanged.
And don't even get me started on the Catalyst.
Or the extended cut. Ugh...

Anthem will need to be unbelievably good to untarnish the name. But my guess is it will be filled to the brimm with soul shattering loot crates and some PTW scheme and a broken buggy horrible single player.

At this point in ME3 I still had a lot of hopes for the game. Talk about misplaced trust. What a horrendous dog-fart of a game and ending to a trilogy. What the F BioWare?!

In the character creation part of the game.
I downloaded the OST before the game was released and after seeing the title of this track I imagined it would be played during the ending where Shepard allows the humanity to be turned into a Reaper. So many wasted possibilities...

This, Mars and Rannoch theme are my 3 fave themes from the game, most of the OSY is great but those are the standouts for me....
