It hurts bc i never got my last prom, senior perks, and to cross the stage with my best friend for now 13-14 years. I’m going to be 20 in two months and I’m still sad over this. You still have time, I didn't join a sport I loved until junior year. Go outside your comfort zone and so something you never thought you'd like. You never know 😁

Prom is cancelled, graduation ceremony is cancelled. senior season of rugby and track are cancelled. senoir prank isn't happening, no more spirit weeks, no senior skip day. No last day of high school. no running around getting everyone to sign your yearbook. no thanking your teachers for helping you get through it no last coffee run after practice. no last carpool karaoke on our way out to lunch. no last assembly. no relay for life. and as awful as they were, no last presentations or tests or exams. we don't get any of these memories we've been working towards for years.

Senior this year for me class of 2020 that got screwed over by the insanity of the outbreak and having almost all events canceled on us. Hurts like hell for me and my friends and fellow seniors because we were looking forward to all of it and now everything is gone. It’s truly not fair to the class of 2020 that they must go through hell and get nothing out of it at all.
Now imagine having all of this ripped away from you overnight. Last time you see your teachers. Last practice. Last real test. Last walk through the halls. Last bell. No prom. No commencement. One day you’re in school, next day you’re not. Selfishly, I’m glad I’m class of 2021. I’ll get my last’s. My heart goes out to every single 2020 graduate across the globe.
Congrats on graduating! I hope you were able to cross that stage. I’m class of 2020 and getting my senior year taken away from me in a blink of an eye really hurt. As much as I dreaded it at the time, I wish I would’ve gotten to graduate with the people I’ve known from the time I was in kindergarten to the time I graduated. I wish I would’ve had a last prom and all the things seniors had gotten in those last few months.
Classes of 2020 and 2021 are going through the growing pains now, but we have each other to get through them. I'm a junior and it's been so hard coping with the anxiety and the pressure, but just going and seeing my friends make it so tolerable. My advice to all the freshman, is to be with the people who will let you be you and love you because of it. Also to have the confidence to believe in yourself. To my Class of 2021, let's finish out this year in the best possible way. I know all the work and tests suck, but remember it's just to help us be successful.

I know I dont know you, but during the off season work your tail off, this is where you get better. Remember, everyday an opponent gets better, you need to make yourself better to compete at their level. But what kept me going is how much all my friends believed in me. It was hard not getting much playing time since I usually always played, but I’m just gonna work hard Bc all that was, is just motivation so I can start next year.

Where’s my class of 2020 at? I wish I saw this video so long ago. It really hits me right about now that I’ve only got a few months left and I’ve made this senior year memorable. Student section for every game, late night drives, parties, staying out late, showing up to school every morning just 5 minutes after the bell. I’m gonna miss these times. I’m just a few months I’ll be graduated and going to Basic Training. My next big step. So really do enjoy your last few moments of high school.

I’m currently a senior (class of 2022) who just wrapped up his fall season of cross country. I felt senioritis kick in then and I felt it now. It’s scary that I’m going to have to say goodbye in a few months to the people who I consider my family. It’s so scary that I have to start anew someplace else in college. But I’m grateful that this year I’m getting all the goodbyes that seniors deserve. The class of 2020 had that stolen from them and the class of 2021 had to make things work after the fact. I’m grateful that I get a chance to do it properly and put a good finish on the 13 years of school.

As a fresman now in College, trying to take online classes with midterms coming up after the class of 2020 didn't happen, I can say that this is all very true. The only thing I might add to this is to be prepared for whatever life will throw at you. Life is nasty, as I found during my junior year as I moved from a place that I'd been for over 12 years to a completely different state on the other side of the country; gone from having my own space to do whatever to being stuck in a tiny apartment. Life is not nice, and it'll remind you of that. Just look at this past year; we all got content and just expected everything to work out as it has for countless other generations, and it didn't. What it comes down to is how we take that forward. The past is in the past, and staying on it will only limit us from moving on to greater things. Great video, here's to hoping 2021 gets their lasts in a proper order instead of it all happen one random day in March.
We are halfway through the year and I don't want it to end I'm scared to become a sophomore. Leaving the 9th Grade Academy where my High school journey started sounds scary because soon I'll be in the High school very soon buy I'll try my best to make every second count.
This made me start cry so hard, currently I’m a senior in high school who is home schooled with only 16 more days left till I graduate and sadly I will never get to experience senior ditch day or prom or even some of the festivities and being the top dog in school. I have to say I thank god for everything i experienced in my first two years of regular school but honestly high school sucked ass. It sucked that I’m saying “bye” because I’m so scared to be an adult and of what May come in the future. I just want to say to anyone reading this who may be a junior about to be a senior or if your a freshmen, have fun and enjoy everything about it because one day it’ll all be over .

I am deeply sorry for the class of 2020 and 2021 who did not get to enjoy prom, grad night, and graduation (except for the class of 21’ since some schools are doing graduation safely). I mourn so much because as a freshman and Sophomore I was so caught up in the drama and stuff that did not benefit me in many or even anyways. I look back and wish I could’ve been smarter with my time! Do things that I wanted to do like play a sport, talk to people and go to football and basketball games, and have nights to remember. Although I did do some of these things, I believe that there was potential for me to do more and do things that I enjoyed deeply. The moral of my comment- do not live in the future meaning when you are in the present stay in it. Do not give thoughts about how tomorrow or the day after that will be because if you do or give it too much thought you’ll strip yourself short. Ik I’ll probably get to go back to school this fall and Graduate but my point is that I will not get the ending of 10th grade and 11th grade back to have fun and do stupid teenage things.

I’m 20 years old and graduated high school in 2020. I work full time as a machinist. I sometimes miss high school. No responsibility, having fun with friends I miss football and the weight room. Now I just work a 9-5 job and just lift weights. High school was the happiest time of my life

I'm not a pessimist but high school has not been the greatest experience. People are racist, there has always been drama that I have no interest in, everyone talks crap behind peoples backs that I don't want to listen to anymore, my parents are strict so I can't hang out with people outside of school, I'm not the smartest and struggle all the time in class, I hold in tears from stress and can't find my voice to talk. I don't feel welcomed. No one can help me more than myself. Its a cold, sublimely toxic, hectic, annoying, stressful place. I've done residential summer camps at college and It was refreshing. People were great and I felt confident in just being myself. High school has created and is associated with a sort of trauma that haunts me and snatches my self-esteem and comfort. Its the little things I wish were different but they seem to have lasted. One more year and I'll be out, finally away.

Do not give thoughts about how tomorrow or the day after that will be because if you do or give it too much thought you’ll strip yourself short. Ik I’ll probably get to go back to school this fall and Graduate but my point is that I will not get the ending of 10th grade and 11th grade back to have fun and do stupid teenage things.

Yeah, even 7 whole months after I've already graduated, I'm still sad and get emotional when looking back on the graduation I never had. I worked my ass off on the final years of school, because it was looking like I wasn't going to graduate, but I pulled it together... all for nothing

I’m 20 years old and graduated high school in 2020. I work full time as a machinist. I sometimes miss high school. No responsibility, having fun with friends I miss football and the weight room. Now I just work a 9-5 job and just lift weights. High school was the happiest time of my life

I'm not a pessimist but high school has not been the greatest experience. People are racist, there has always been drama that I have no interest in, everyone talks crap behind peoples backs that I don't want to listen to anymore, my parents are strict so I can't hang out with people outside of school, I'm not the smartest and struggle all the time in class, I hold in tears from stress and can't find my voice to talk. I don't feel welcomed. No one can help me more than myself. Its a cold, sublimely toxic, hectic, annoying, stressful place.
I've done residential summer camps at college and It was refreshing. People were great and I felt confident in just being myself.
High school has created and is associated with a sort of trauma that haunts me and snatches my self-esteem and comfort. Its the little things I wish were different but they seem to have lasted.
One more year and I'll be out, finally away.
