Probably. If you full star him and gave him Z+ equipment he could probably do some sort of damage and we'll a bit of good tanking. But then again he's green and gogeta just casually puts a blue card on him. Before y'all said "he can go type neutral" yes he can "if" he's unique gauge is full and uses main ability otherwise he's getting one shotted either way. (Don't get me wrong I love the unit and got him on 10 stars when he was released but on this current meta he's just not good anymore because the best green unit right now is Ultra rose.)
The neutrality ignores any type of element from which Gogeta gets advantage. Like in this case, Gogeta has advantage, so he would still have advantage, but if someone switches to yellow unit, then he would be neutral during the unique gauge or main ability

When I first started using UGB he felt like dragon fist for me when I started playing because of the type neutral thingy and ult hits hard aswell as nulify cover change.
