I've been using the same one for 2 1/2 years. No problems at all. Love this thing. Highly recommended. Do not listen to anyone else. Go watch other reviews and you will see. This is the competition in here talking bad stuff. I love mine. You will love yours.

I just bought mine today. I love it so far. Have you used any concentrate on it? He is it? I don't want to waste money if it doesn't heat it well
