I have tried many different ones over the years best one to date is a old fairy liquid bottle easy to fill and it was free for our kitchen also use a Ikea pastry brush
The silicone one at 1.99 cut the bristles to about 20 mm when the glue dries on the brush it just peals off

Yeah the fairy bottle sounds cool... and good as you're re-uusing it.
The brush is a great idea too!!

Happy New Year. I'm even tighter and just use Fairy liquid / mayonnaise / Hp sauce bottles and the like, as they are free and anything I can get 2 uses out of is a bonus. I have a Glubot but it has split after about 6 years of heavy use (very small split fixed with a bit of gaffer tape) brilliant bit of kit as the tip never clogs up. I picked it up on ebay when its was listed for £5 with free postage, lol they soon changed that listing as it was posted from America.

Happy New Year to you, Ryan! I've seen a lot of CZcamsrs promoting the £15 Gluebot, and I'd have to agree with you - it's a no! I've used everything from coke bottles with a silicone nib, to sauce and Fairy bottles. I certainly wouldn't rock up on site with the fifteen quid job. I think you probably need a variety of applicators: small, with thin nibs and watery glue for calligraphy😊, and large with more generous spread for panels and the like. That said, your Amazon solution is a good one for a busy workshop.

Happy New Year Ryan. I hope you don't put glue on your hotdog.
