- Hows it going explorers so today was one of the best days exploring i managed to explore three abandoned places in one day the last place was a little gem. I also got chased by some bees as i walked into their bee hive and hell let loose. I like watching you explore new places.when i was young me and my friends would hang out in an abandoned shack by our house.we joked there was a curse on it.

Yes those types of tiles are illegal for buildings to have. They contained asbestos and were banned in all buildings.

Mate I have quite a few really good abandoned places I know about. Abandoned car dealership ( with cars ) , abandoned pub/restaurant , abandoned mansion and a abandoned ww2 radar bunker. Most are untouched

If you took pics of second place and framed them.. it would be very unique.... I take pictures of abandoned factories.. and they are so Beautiful in their own way...
Thanks for a bit of history on the pub. That last site looks like it was a monitoring station of some sort to be used in case of a nuclear attack. (See comments on the wall about observations, public warnings, and use of equipment to monitor radiation levels)
In the abandoned is the residue of what is left. Forlorn rubbish on the stairs, somebody's rubbish that once cared.

The last place is a ROC post Bunker. Used during the cold war in case of a Nuclear attack on the UK. In the event of an attack the operators inside the bunker would report by radio the height and power of the bomb (If one exploded in its area) along with the pressure of the bomb and the radiation. just a quick summery. All ROC posts were abandoned when the cold war ended. Some locked. Some demolished. Its always good to look and see whats left (If anything) inside them. Hi Neil, you remember that government loo paper like tracing paper ??, well that's what we had to use in schools in the 70's and 80's lmao it was nasty n sharp and yes didn't soak up anything lmao.
