Kilian doesn’t have the best luck this 2018. After undertaking surgery in both shoulders, he suffered a fall while taking part in a ski mountaineering race and he broke his fibula. It will take him some humour and patiente to get through this second recovery...

Top man! Love this. Ive had 11 years of shoulder issues that cause imbalances that impact my running. After an operation and the best physio I’ve ever had I’m making big progress. This little video has inspired me to push on past the plateau I’ve hit recently.
Next year I reckon I’ll hit the ultra scene again and maybe have a crack at a Paddy Buckley or Bob Graham!
