Definite tap, there's no reason for any movement even close to a tap when defending, so he's either intentionally trying to mislead the referee and opponent, or his coaches need to have a serious word with him

I was expecting to see a grab and pull that looks like a hard tap. Then I watch the video and it's just a dude literally tapping 🤣
I see how the official could have thought he tapped. It looked too light to be a tap, but he did do a little double tap reaching in.
Maybe he just wanted to ask him not to crank it so hard. Lol

sometimes you inadvertently tap. your body just does it automatically when you feel pain . That's why a good instructor that knows his students well , can truly know when to let a Roll keep rollin, then after the loser has to buy the Class Sushi ..🍱🥢😔
