I used to love ice cream. No, really, I LOVED ice cream!
But I went vegan for health reasons back in 2014, ditched dairy and never looked back!
Now, I make the healthiest, guilt free, dairy free (n)ice cream on my juicer!
It’s so easy! Here’s the recipe:
Fruit Nice Cream!
1/2 Pineapple
2 Bananas
16 Oz Pack of Strawberries
Just chop up the fruit, freeze it on a baking sheet in the freezer. Then once it’s frozen, switch out the juicing screen on your juicer with the sorbet blank.
Next, add your frozen fruit to the juicer and out comes the most amazing dessert you’ve ever had!
I top mine like a sundae with more fruit, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, and drizzle with some date syrup. AMAZING!!!
