Another good resource would be the Decent CZcams channel, as many of the profiles stem from profiles on the Decent machine. Trial and error is the best way to learn, tracking your shots and changes so you can really digest what's going on and why.
I have a slightly higher end pressure target, as I find that helps get more rich/chocolate flavors out of lighter roasts. Londinium is a great profile, and works well for straight shots or milk drinks. I usually brew this profile at 2:1-2.5:1 depending on the application.
