- First off on my list for items to review is my newly purchased Philips Series 5000 model S5466/17 Wet & Dry Shaver. This is my first time owning any electric shaver so I’m super excited to try this on.

I have a5000 series Phillips razor but the trimmer is built in to the razor . I believe my series 5000 is a newer model this is a improvement over the older model because of the hassle of changing the trimmer head to the razor head. The replacement heads run about 30 dollars you can purchase at your local Walmart or online Amazon. The razor does a good job and I am happy with its performance considering I have been using a manual blade for years.
an electric shaver is not meant to be use with a beard so long. you need to trim it first.

Would you recommend it for head shaving?
How long does it take to fully recharge. I get 3 bars but it sounds like it is underpowered.
About an hour for a full charge. It feel it could use a bit more power, it stops midway then I need to rinse it to get going. Maybe that is how it works.

Yes you don't turn it it just pulls off. Not sure why he decided to do that as it will damage it
