Are sales and prices beginning to cool around Nashville with the skyrocketing rates? Also are there options on buying 3-5 acres to build? Thx
Yes starting to cool.. some buyers are taking a step back with buying power not where it was for them. Its a breath of fresh air and some breathing room finally! There is land to build.. although sometimes harder to come by but doable.
Love area looking forward to gaining some weight at the many eateries.

just got back from TN and was choosing between Franklin and Mt Juliet, with Mt Juliet winning out. we found a place around the Providence area so everything is in walking distance. Nolensville was 3rd on our list, but nothing available for us

When does the Publix open? Do we know anything about construction of Kroger or Publix timeline?
I think the one on the corner of Rocky Fork, Publix will be done first but not sure when. The Kroger across from Summerlyn will be behind that one. I'm assuming next year sometime as they are just starting on Publix :)
It just ain't nolensville anymore I grew up there my whole life I use to actually by horse feed at the feed mill now it's owned by a Californian the wiliiamson rec center is where we went to elementary school nolensville is just a bunch of yuppies now we sold our land and got the heck out of there nothing but people and there big suvs and hell of a lot of traffic
I'm also looking for recommended areas for acreage to build on. Looking for a more wooded area.
