I remember when I first decided to move to TN. I swore by Mt. Juliet, Franklin, and Nolensville. When I finally decided on a house, I was shocked, and I ended up in Thompson's Station. The house ended up with all the rooms we needed so everyone had their own space.
We bought a house in Nolensville in November of 2023 and love it. Very safe and easy to get anywhere around Nashville. The city recently approved a new Town Squat project in February as well, so that’ll be nice to see
The best thing we ever did was rent for a year before we decide to buy. We rented a Greenhills, but I did not like living so close to Nashville. We ended up buying property office room is much better fit and we’re hoping to move to Fairview the next few years.
When I moved to Franklin in 2007, Nolensville was just "up and coming" and where families seemed to flock to be in Williamson County schools when Brentwood and Franklin were significantly more expensive. We moved to Nolensville in 2015 and it's changed a ton even since then - definitely no longer poor man's Brentwood! But It's retained the charming small town feel, continues to attract non-chain options, still has the "countryesque" topography and beauty while still feeling like you're far away but really being super close to everything. Also a plus that we're equidistant between but still close to 24 and 65. Thanks for the great content!
Great video and explanations, although you missed Murfreesboro which was rated the second fastest growing city on the eastern half of US
