I'm sorry, but you information is not quite correct, there is a bug for many where Vlad simply won't give any more temple locations and you get stuck with missing powers
Mine always says I have at least 1 undiscovered temples but I have all 25 ranked to the same level lol. Barret has one of the power locations as a side quest.
The issue is, most long term players will break the game by doing side missions and faction quests. When you commit certain actions or visit a lot of locations, the random generation of content in the game gets harder to trigger. The fix should be to have a permanent location for each Temple and block access until a certain mission is complete.
got 22 out of 24, I'm missing Supernova and Life Forced... I did finish Final Goodbyes and Vlad gave me a bunch of locations but I'm still missing those two. This drove me insane, I took every system alphabetically and I scanned from orbit 1684 planets (another thing that drives me up the wall is that people say there are more planets to be scanned AND I CANNOT FIND THEM) still no sign of the missing temples.
Did you do the Barrett mission where you get parallel self? I had the same problem as you at 23/24. Luckily Barrett was still around. I heard sometimes he might be dead at that point in your storyline and then as far as I know there's no way to get that last power. They really made it confusing as unintuitive as possible to get 24 powers in a single playthrough

But I can't get Barrett to give me the location. I've befriended him and done his companion mission. What more can I do?.....Any advice will be appreciated.
@@raymondamoroso2049 If Barrett dies, you can only get the last power from him in a NG+. It means that you will have to do a NG+ 11 times instead of 10, if you want to max all powers.
Powers are cool and all, I guess, but I find I don't ever actually use them. It's not that I don't "want" to...it's that I forget I even have them because I don't "need" them. The game is far too easy to even need powers. Just my 2 cents on that. I started doing NG+ playthroughs and simply stopped and went back to just my original first playthrough because I had so much stuff built and ships and everything. I got tired of losing it all for really no gain. I got tired of redoing the same missions for really no gain. I guess I don't get the "why" with NG+.
I got it. Most people will have 3 undiscovered temples until gaining the last artefact in the Revelation quest. You then go to the Lodge to say goodbyes. Speak to Vladimir twice and he will initiate a new series of Power Beyond quests you can do before assembling the armillary to enter Unity. The number of undiscovered temples rises at this point to 12. To begin the quests you must have a ship capable of jumping 28LY. You will probably have spare skill points from acquiring the last artefact. I put some into Astrodynamics rank 2 to increase the jump range of Razorleaf from 27 to 30 which is the maximum of any ship.
On my 4th play, though, no matter what I do, Barret will not give his artifact. I save him, do his quests, even make him a romantic partner, keep him the entire playthings. Still zero option to get the Barret artifact! So, on my 5th play through, I will skip the main quest and see if I get that artifact. Maybe if I start a new game and allow him to get waxed by the hunter, that artifact might be in his personal belongings. Whatever case, the Barret artifact is bugged for my play. Bethesda needs to fix Barret and the artifact. Other gamers are having the same issue. I got all the powers, but the one tied to hammer time, Barret.

@@loikosful Nope, i am moving to NG+ soon so i will get it there .And supernova is bugged so i am missing two powers :/ Only in NG+ is the only solution i know .
I went to the Lodge to say my farewells and received a lead to a new power from Vladimir. I've received 5 in total so far but that's probably down to the fact I didn't collect the full quota in the regular game play through. I've had to break off so there could be more and it sure means for many that the Lodge should always be selected before Unity.

He didn't give me any new location, but I hadn't acquired affinity with Barrett yet, so I went and did that too, but he still doesn't give me any location. I only need one temple location so I can get the Parallel Self power, that you get from Barrett (I already have the Supernova from temple Xi or Sigma; I don't recall which of the two it was). But I can't get Barrett to give it to me no matter how many times I talk to him. I've befriended him, done his companion quest, and I've even romanced him. But it doesn't matter, I can't get him to give me the Parallel Self location. I found the location by watching videos like this one, about how to get all 24 powers. So I went to the planet in question, and there was absolutely nothing there - except for a bunch of abandoned factories and stations with Spacers and/or Ecliptics occupying them instead. There are no anomalies, and no Sigma temple, on the planet wwhere it is supposed to be. I brought Barrett along, just in case he would get triggered to give the location to me, but nothing happened. So I'm stuck!.. I found that there's a console command that can trigger Barrett to give the location to me - unless it actually triggers his companion quest, which I have already done. But so far I've avoided using console commands... not because I want the achievements, playing the game is more important to me. I've avoided using console comands because I'm afraid the game files will be corrupted and make the game unplayable, and that's something I've had problems with before, with other games, including Bethesda games. If anybody has any advice, I'll be very, very grateful!... Thank you in advance.

For me the game is glitched. I have Power from beyond mission. For 3 temples it says follow the grav distortions. When I land no scanner distortions shown. When getting to the temple the name does not change. Even if i use the console command to skip the scanner portion. Proxima and 2 others I cant remember. So I can't continue. I would have to reload a game save from last month if it was a bugged save.
For me, I am stuck with 22/24 powers, 4 undiscovered temples, and Vlad (in the lodge) refuses to provide any more temple locations. Two missing powers. One of those is Barretts (he died), and a glitch with one AWOL.
So you too can't get one of the total of powers. I wonder if there's a pattern here because I've read a couple of comments where others describe having the very same issue... In my game I lack one power, I have the Super Nova power but lack Parallel Self, and many say that's the one they get from Barrett. Barrett is alive, but I can't get him to give me any location. If you figure this out, please leave a comment.
@@jackdavidsen6074 Parallel Self is the one from Barrett (I acquired it on a separate playthrough... which left me with 8 unlocated powers... yay). My only suggestions would be to run with him as your active follower until your reputation with him improves enough to trigger the quest. If you have no more main or side quests to boost his rep with... well, not sure what to say. I've noticed that mission board quests do nothing to boost follower rep.
The bug I have is Vlad gives you the quest update but the game doesn't generate the temple at the location he gives you. There's no quest marker, no scanner anomaly POI, and no scanner distortion after landing anywhere. The game also won't give you any more temple locations because they decided to make this a pointless piecemeal quest instead of just giving you all the locations since you already have all the artifacts and there's zero reason for this busy work. This is just bugged pure and simple and if this is by design then it's shit design. There's no excuse.
You don’t need to get the locations from Vlad, all you need to do is visit all the systems, when you arrive in a system that has a temple the mission will pop up.
thanks for the help i just got the final piece of info i needed. i had not taken Barret to a temple. so i never got the worlds apart quest. i am missing one power... parallel self. i missed it in my first play through and didn't have Barret with my when i did the free star rangers stuff. got Barret with me after keeping everyone alive this time but finished redemption ( i think that's the title i got the powers from both hunter and emissary without a fight.. popped some persuasion help and talked them both out of getting their buts kicked by me after not picking either one of them.). now i am getting ready to finish my first NG+. i hope i can still get it otherwise i have to wait for the next play through
So, I noticed on my second play through (fresh, not New Game +), that sometimes I'll land on a planet with the sensor anomalies that indicates there is a Temple somewhere on the planet. I am trying to figure out if I can find the temples WITHOUT ever talking to Vlad. Basically, I wanna do a playthrough WITHOUT Constellation (at least without the ones that Constellation starts with).
I actually had the same idea. But I only need one power now, and apparently you have to get one final power from Barrett, and if that's true, you shouldn't be able to find it randomly. Then again, you never know. :)
But when you finish the campaign, aren't you given a choice to stay or go to another universe? So what you're saying is choose to stay, then go back to speak to him to get the last 3 temples. Then when you finish all of that, if you want you can go on to the unity at any time and do a NG+ after that?
No my friend, so after you deal with the 2 npcs in the final temple (spoiler-free) you get their artifacts, with their artifacts you can go to the remaining temples. After 10+ playthroughs i would always have 3 temples left unvisited, but i had all 24 powers leveled up, might be a glitch where the game is displaying an incorrect number but i always got all 24 powers Then after collecting all 24 powers you can access new game plus through the unity if that’s what you want
@Chaotic_bob I just checked my stats, it says I discovered 24, but the power screen shows 1 empty power slot and off to the left it says 3 missing or needed. So weird and confusing 😕
Thank you for this video, Bob! It's great because you give us all the important information! 😊 I didn't know about Barrett, and I wondered why I couldn't get the last artifact location from Vladimir. But after watching a few videos about the issue, I understood that I had to get the final location from Barrett. So I befriended him and did his companion quest, but he _still_ doesn't give me the location. I think it's because I did everything else before I did Barrett's companion quest. I already had Sarah as main companion, so I didn't want to go on missions without her, but eventually I did. It just didn't make any difference, so now I have to find the last location myself. Happy New Year, everybody!! ✨🎊
I am at 23 of 24. The power screen says 4 undiscovered temples which I read is kind of useless. Finished Revelation and Vlad gave me a few after that but every time I visit him now he says the Eye is working on it. That part of the quest went into the completed area. Will figure out which one I am missing later. But checking on Reddit and Steam missing powers seems to be one more of the many bugs. On Xbox and presently the game crashes about every 30 minutes. A much better way for Bethesda to have done this would have made it a requirement that before you do Revelations that you have all Artifacts except for the ones you get from the Hunter and the Emissary. And yes I do have Parallel Self from Barrett.
I have made it to where you build the Armillary on your ship, and have two powers left undiscovered. One is lost on the first playthrough, because The Hunter unalived Barret. But the other one that Vlad hasn't given me the location of?
First playthrough I couldn't get Barrett to do his quest to visit the temple. Maybe you have to marry him or something. I did his quest to clear his husband's name. Anyway, second play through he wanted to get his power. And I got it from exploring for vlad as well. But after doing all the quests for vlad i had alien regeneration that was at level 1. Now on third ng+. Guess I'll see what power I miss this time lol.
3 Playthrough of the story so far and I haven't had one yet where Vlad gives me all of the powers before I go through the unity. I have Barrett's power from his quest, and still every single play through I've done I'm still missing two powers that won't trigger. Always missing the Supernova one, and the other missing one seems to be different everytime. This time I'm missing Supernova and the vacuum oxygen thing. I've gone all the way in each one to where all I have to do is enter the unity, and have multiple saves before that point of trying to get them to trigger before hand too. Armillary is built though, talked to everyone, etc. Still can't get all powers before I go through the unity.
is there ways to find temples without constellations or Vlad my lucky/unlucky self keeps getting newgame + alternative universes where Constellation isn`t there i got 8 so far

@@iNuvo1892 that's what I thought but my brother just got his final power and has all 24 now in his first universe. So I think it has to be a glitch because I went to every star system and nothing.
What power are you missing? If its the one almost at the top left do barret’s mission, he’ll send you to a temple to get that power, hoepfully that helps!
For me it triggered his quest for the power when I got to the end of my game, once It says to build the armillary it triggered it for me it was the power where you duplicate yourself I got a unique dialogue section with him at the end, Hope this helped
My game is glitched. I had 9 temples left. Then I played “revelation and got the remaining artifacts from the starborn. I have all 24 artifacts. Then I went to Vlad in the lodge and he have me 7 locations. He will not give me the last two. I will have to manually land in each planet to find a anomaly marker. This game is buggy
I'd been using him to get temples but he has been holding out on two of them for me. =| I've been checking in on him... I can't stand baret but I have him in tow at this point. =\ I'll try pestering him 3x in a row and see what that does.
Somebody help. I only have like 7 powers and vlad keeps saying he’s got nothing for me. I’m pretty sure I finished all the other actual quest missions from all factions.
Have you been scanning planets for Vlad, as he asked? Then when you've scanned those planets _(From any system you're in.)_ hand those scan informations to Vlad. That might trigger him into giving you details of where to go.
Im pretty sure you get the power as well, i did this myself multiple times and from what i remember you get the power too, you made me second guess myself
Yoy didnt get the quest for that power? If you dont have barrets quest and you dont have the power from beyond quest for that power then i think it might be time to move on
I cant get backdoor Barret to give me the mission to get his artifact. I tried everything! Sucks that the artifact is tied to annoying backdoor Barret. Please spoil it, because Barret seems broken and useless 🤣. Eventually, I will end up ignoring Barret. Did his boring mission twice and got that useless tool to like everything. Feel like the mission is bugged!
@spike178 Oh, I tried everything. I even kept him for an entire play through, did his quest, talked all the time to him, and even romanced the bearded freak and no artifact. I also researched online and found out I am not the only one who seems that the quest is broken for some reason. You are lucky. Other gamers are not so lucky. I am on my 4th play through. When I do my 5th play through, I will skip the main quest because some gamers report you can get the artifact given to you without all the B.S. For whatever reason, Barret and the artifact are buggy for some players. Bethesda should look into and fix whatever is bugged that quest. A few friends and others I know have the same issue with Barret!
In ng+ you can get them all for sure, looks like in base game some people are actually glitched, a friend was able to get his 24 powers on his 1st playthrough tho. Stoll working on a new playthrough to see for myself and ill let you know

Supernova is bugged , many including me didnt get it on the first playthrough.
Barret is another story , has to be alive to get his power .

@@zartius For Barret's power - you can catch that up in NG+ (ie get it twice per round)

TIP: You also want to collect each skill magazine before NG as those skills stack with each NG too!

What power slot are you missing? It could be supernova, alot of people are reporting it to be bugged

I think it's because I did everything else before I did Barrett's companion quest. I already had Sarah as main companion, so I didn't want to go on missions without her, but eventually I did. It just didn't make any difference, so now I have to find the last location myself.

I am at 23 of 24. The power screen says 4 undiscovered temples which I read is kind of useless. Finished Revelation and Vlad gave me a few after that but every time I visit him now he says the Eye is working on it. That part of the quest went into the completed area. Will figure out which one I am missing later. But checking on Reddit and Steam missing powers seems to be one more of the many bugs. On Xbox and presently the game crashes about every 30 minutes. A much better way for Bethesda to have done this would have made it a requirement that before you do Revelations that you have all Artifacts except for the ones you get from the Hunter and the Emissary. And yes I do have Parallel Self from Barrett.

You can't unless you don't explore the planets becaue if youve Been there before the main quest glitches and won't point you to the temple locations
My Power From Beyond is bugged; temples not showing up on planets and no in game quest marker. Fix your game Bethesda.
I have made it to where you build the Armillary on your ship, and have two powers left undiscovered. One is lost on the first playthrough, because The Hunter unalived Barret. But the other one that Vlad hasn't given me the location of?
I have yet to be able to trigger "worlds apart"...ng+3 and Barrett still won't initiate the quest
First playthrough I couldn't get Barrett to do his quest to visit the temple. Maybe you have to marry him or something. I did his quest to clear his husband's name. Anyway, second play through he wanted to get his power. And I got it from exploring for vlad as well. But after doing all the quests for vlad i had alien regeneration that was at level 1. Now on third ng+. Guess I'll see what power I miss this time lol.
I’m still missing 4 after barrett and all the missions including the first half and second half
3 Playthrough of the story so far and I haven't had one yet where Vlad gives me all of the powers before I go through the unity. I have Barrett's power from his quest, and still every single play through I've done I'm still missing two powers that won't trigger. Always missing the Supernova one, and the other missing one seems to be different everytime. This time I'm missing Supernova and the vacuum oxygen thing. I've gone all the way in each one to where all I have to do is enter the unity, and have multiple saves before that point of trying to get them to trigger before hand too. Armillary is built though, talked to everyone, etc. Still can't get all powers before I go through the unity.
is there ways to find temples without constellations or Vlad my lucky/unlucky self keeps getting newgame + alternative universes where Constellation isn`t there i got 8 so far

I’ve got 20 days and 16 hours playing this game and I still am missing two or three temples or powers.
What do you do if you haven't gotten all the powers yet and Vlad dies
Hi, strangest thing that i am at +6 and already got 2 powers at 10th lvl.
Altair iv-c get mission but no landing site or quest marker.
I have 4 more to go.. Vlad doesnt do anything other than tell me he hasnt found the match, a glint, etc..
I only have 22 powers, I've already done the one with Barrett and Vlad isn't giving anything else out. Kinda sucks.

My game is glitched. I got the power from Barrett but vlad wont give me the last temple. I searched every star system and could not find a temple even though it says i have 4 temples left
Do you have all 24 powers? This happened to me but even if it said you have 4 temples left you might’ve already acquired all 24 powers
@@Chaotic_bob no unfortunately I only have 23 powers with 4 temples left. I'm missing supernova. And like I said I visit every star system and didn't find any anomaly so I'm not sure what to do now
You can only get the last one during NG+
A friend of mine was able to get all powers before ng+ ill investigate, that sucks tho
@@iNuvo1892 that's what I thought but my brother just got his final power and has all 24 now in his first universe. So I think it has to be a glitch because I went to every star system and nothing.

What power are you missing? If its the one almost at the top left do barret’s mission, he’ll send you to a temple to get that power, hoepfully that helps!

For me it triggered his quest for the power when I got to the end of my game, once It says to build the armillary it triggered it for me it was the power where you duplicate yourself I got a unique dialogue section with him at the end, Hope this helped
My game is glitched. I had 9 temples left. Then I played “revelation and got the remaining artifacts from the starborn. I have all 24 artifacts. Then I went to Vlad in the lodge and he have me 7 locations. He will not give me the last two. I will have to manually land in each planet to find a anomaly marker. This game is buggy
I'd been using him to get temples but he has been holding out on two of them for me. =| I've been checking in on him... I can't stand baret but I have him in tow at this point. =\ I'll try pestering him 3x in a row and see what that does.

Somebody help. I only have like 7 powers and vlad keeps saying he’s got nothing for me. I’m pretty sure I finished all the other actual quest missions from all factions.
Have you been scanning planets for Vlad, as he asked? Then when you've scanned those planets _(From any system you're in.)_ hand those scan informations to Vlad. That might trigger him into giving you details of where to go.

You don’t get a power from the Barrett temple he gets it, so no worries there
Im pretty sure you get the power as well, i did this myself multiple times and from what i remember you get the power too, you made me second guess myself

Yoy didnt get the quest for that power? If you dont have barrets quest and you dont have the power from beyond quest for that power then i think it might be time to move on
But wait .. I thought ng+ started right after the main quest line . How do you start ng+?
It gives you the option to go back to your current playthru.

I cant get backdoor Barret to give me the mission to get his artifact. I tried everything! Sucks that the artifact is tied to annoying backdoor Barret. Please spoil it, because Barret seems broken and useless 🤣. Eventually, I will end up ignoring Barret. Did his boring mission twice and got that useless tool to like everything. Feel like the mission is bugged!
Barrets power quest worked for me no problem just keep talking to him.
@spike178 Oh, I tried everything. I even kept him for an entire play through, did his quest, talked all the time to him, and even romanced the bearded freak and no artifact. I also researched online and found out I am not the only one who seems that the quest is broken for some reason. You are lucky. Other gamers are not so lucky. I am on my 4th play through. When I do my 5th play through, I will skip the main quest because some gamers report you can get the artifact given to you without all the B.S. For whatever reason, Barret and the artifact are buggy for some players. Bethesda should look into and fix whatever is bugged that quest. A few friends and others I know have the same issue with Barret!
Can you get all the powers in one play through?
In ng+ you can get them all for sure, looks like in base game some people are actually glitched, a friend was able to get his 24 powers on his 1st playthrough tho. Stoll working on a new playthrough to see for myself and ill let you know
This is what annoys me about this game. Same thing over and over. I’m not doing NG+ I don’t see the point. Repetition does nothing for me.
