True. The Choo Choo Barn is closing. The family is selling. And they are taking serious offers to buy and operate the layout and the train hobby store. Another option is to buy the train store. The Grandfather originated The Choo Choo Barn and his Son Tom who carried the legacy, died in 2019. The Family has operated the facility and they leaving the business.
Nice to see and visit hobby shops. Too few and far between. I only wish there was a lot more of them around!!! 🙂
Loved that place when we lived in Conn. So many great memories in Pennsylvania.
Strasburg is a great place (been there once). I love how they call it the "CHOO CHOO BARN".

I shopped this hobby shop years ago. It looks like it has a lot more stuff than I remember before. Definitely need to check it out next time I am at York.
I've been there before they very nice selection of all scales and good selection of older o gauge items like Lionel and MTh from the 1990's plus i am local to the store

Sad to say but I don’t see anyone buying the Chop Choo Barn. I see this ending up like Roadside America. Enjoy it while you can.
