You will not get very good software experience for MS Office in Chromebook because only web version works, if you can afford go for a windows laptop, Chromebooks are useful only if you have online use cases.

Hello bro, some of the shortcuts of excel cannot be applied on the chromebook so if we use an external keyboard, it will be the same as a laptop where we can put any shortcut and perform well. plzz reply brother

Online version are not that feature rich as compared to installed versions. I would suggest to try online version in your existing computer and see if that works for you or not.

chromebooks are really really bad , try increasing budget or learn in coaching

Try “Manage Input Methods” in settings and add the required input you can thereafter toggle between English and the chosen language.
