I used to be this good in Halo: Custom Edition. I knew the spread and how much to lead.
There's something about Halo 3 that makes me not able to hit the broadside of a barn. It will take me more than 4 BR shots to kill. One problem is my bad aim. The other I feel is the game or my network. I'll have to try with a lowered crosshair in MCC like you have. Also a wired network.
I play Halo 3 360 just fine. Not as near good as CE, but my shots register.
