I have some officers which are fixed and I never change them. Those are the Drillmasters and War officers. Drillmasters I use the 4 purple ones. Cattie, Simon, Maria and Eric. War officers I use Tifa, Panda, Storm Bow, Aeon, Alexandria and Zeus. Those are fixed and I never change them. Directors and Strategy Officers are the ones that you need to switch depending on circumstances. In the Director section, I normally have equipped I.Medici and Doc Gray, because I have the breakthrough skill in both of them which helps in battles. If I need to start a building upgrade I will temporarily equip F.Medici and Ginger, only the time to press the building upgrade button, then I switch back to I.Medici and Doc Gray. The building speed boost will take effect when you press the button, no need to keep those officers equipped for the whole duration of the upgrade. If I need to start a technology research, I will temporarily remove I.Medici and Equip Hacker K. Again, just the time to press the button, then you can switch back. In the strategy section I have Morgan and Saki equipped by default, very important officers because they increase your fleet size. When I recruit or promote troops, I will temporarily switch them with Loreline and Sergeant Barney. Again, just the time to press the recruit button.
