I use makeup remover that IT sells, works great. A little goes a looonnnggg way.
I have a "Takeya" thermal cup. It's 18oz, and I can fill it with ice on Friday after work, and it's still cold with a little less ice on Monday when I go to work. I did this as an experiment to see how long it would stay cold and I was surprised. My Underarmour thermal cup is lucky to get through half a work day with ice. Yet they cost the same.

Australian Gold used to be my favorite. Now I am using Isdin. Dermatologist recommended. It is from Barcelona. Amazon now carries it , and Freezeco Beauty online. It is 50 spf and melts into the skin. I use this and powder With Colorscience powder spf or bareminerals powder veil with 25 spf. I donât need foundation with that! I recently have been diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on my nose (surgery next month) so I am going above and beyond to be protected. The 80âs baby oil and tanning beds were not a good idea.
Nope and I did it too. I've had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my left arm, and last year did a topical chemo treatment on my entire chest and that was horrific.
@@StylewithSerena I went and watched that video. That looked like a horrible experience. You look great now! I also watched some MOHs surgery video , which is what Iâll have. Itâs scary. At least these things can be treated successfully.

You mentioned that you wake up with a dry mouth. That was happening to me. Probably for years, I just didn't pay attention. I have bad allergies. Now, I am older with allergies.
I think you might want to "tape your mouth shut" at night. I just use white bandage tape. It takes a while to get use to it. It will strengthen your jaw bone as a bonus. Do your own research. I have to say, my sleep is better and my breathing. Keep up the good work. â€ïž
I actually went to see an ENT today and he is going to do a skin allergy test to see what all I'm allergic to. I would never tape my mouth shut unless instructed to do so by a Dr.
I ordered the Olay cleansing cloths from amazon too. I use Olay body wash and moisturizer, but I didnât know about those cloths.
They used to be everywhere, but I can't find them in any local stores anymore.
Do you have hats you recommend? I only have an athletic type sun visor that only looks okay with super casual outfits, and I need sun protection for pretty much any outdoor activity. Love your channel! And your makeup is super pretty in this one. Thanks for all your work to help us out!
No, I'm not much of a hat person. I mainly wear caps when I need to keep sun off my face & out of my eyes.

Used to love Australian Gold until about 2 years ago when it just didn't look good on skin anymore. Watched dermatologist on CZcams sing praises of ISDIN. Not only sunscreen but has repair enzymes for previous and current sun damage. Costs more (stock up during sales). It's so light on skin that all other sunscreens feel heavy on skin i(to someone unaccustomed to wearing foundation any more). Use tinted for face and untinted for neck and chest.

New for spring for me is my hairstyle! I ditched my short style and have let my hair grow since Feb. Hoping to have a cute bob like yours. I showed my hairdresser your picture today so she would know what I wanted. And I love what she did. I have a problem with wavy hair though over my ears. It flips out. Hope you had fun at Disney!!! The water bottle I didn't do either till I started Pure Strength Class and omg, when she gives us a water break after each set it is so necessary!! LOL! My dermatologist gave me a beautiful one that keeps my water so cold and I use it in the car like you in the hot summertime to not get dehydrated. On your tv show, thanks I will add Ripley to my list. Right now I am watching Royal Pains on Netflix and it is so refreshing..........not too serious & funny! The skort was my favorite on you today & I can see why you love it so much! 2nd place was the the lightweight 4 way blouse/cardigan to wear over a tank.
I've been using the Australian gold tinted sunscreen for over a year and I love it! I have oily skin and most sunscreens make my face look like an oil slick. The Australian gold finishes to a beautiful matte đ The only downside in my opinion is not being able to add blush or powder over it because it oxidizes.
I've been able to add powder & blush with no problem.
@@StylewithSerena I'm with Serena - I have no problem putting on blush and powder behind it. I bought the Australian Gold after recommendation from Angie Hot & Flashy and have never looked back! I'm 60 but love more of a matte finish and this sunscreen dries down to more of a matte finish and the coverage is phenomenal (not to mention that the price is right)!!
In reference to the waterbottles, i just wanted to say that straws put a huge amount of air into our bellies! Ive lost over 100 pounds in the last 18 months back to my regular size and among many of the things i stopped doing was drinking from a straw. I just wanted to put that out there!
Air doesn't weigh anything, so you may feel less bloated but that didn't contribute to your weight loss!

I always hesitate to make this statement because people react like this.....but truly this was under the care of a Dr. There is no weight,but the affect of the air is not good and helped change my belly situation for the better.( It's kind of like all of the things it takes to bring health and beauty together in your videos; each lotion or and makeup and bag and pant brings together your look. ) nixing straws was a piece of better understanding how to make everything work for me in my journey for good health.
Serena, I just wore the J Crew lady jacket cardigan (blue and white striped) to dinner last evening. My husband loved it. I paired it with jeans and a beige colored belt and my Sam Edelman light brown loafers with a gold horse bit buckle. It looked great. I wore my Julie Voss statement necklace on top too.

Great video with lots of good suggestions! I've been a fan of Australian Gold for a couple of years. I buy it at Target and recently they marked it down to clearance so I stocked up! It's great alone or under makeup, both powder and liquid foundation.

I have been using Colorscience Sunforgettable for at least 25 years. I do not use sunscreen on my face as I find it greasy. This takes care of everything. I am 72 and have very few sun spots. For those I do have, I bought the JOVS Blacken Pro. It is DPL laser and for home use. This has helped a lot. Thanks for all the recommendations.
I agree, most sunscreens are greasy and a lot of them irritate my skin. The Australian Gold product is not greasy and the Colorscience powder is great too!
I had a round of IPL at the Dr's office to remove sunspots on my face and it worked really well!

I've used those Olay cleansing clothes for years when I travel. I still find them at my Walmart.
All the Walmarts, Walgreens, CVS, etc quit carrying them in my area. Believe me, I looked! I'm thankful I can order them from Amazon.
They are at my Walmart too. I have been using for years and order them in multipack from Walmart on line. I love them.

I love my Simple Modern 40 oz. cup! I live in central FL & this water cup goes in my car every drive. The water/ice stays cold in the interior of my 100 degree car! Want to add that the handle on the cup is very ergonomic as I have arthritis in both thumbs and the handle is super comfortable!

HI Serena! Have you watched Angie's (Hot and Flashy) recent video on sunscreen? It was very informative and I learned that you have to put 1/4 teaspoon of whatever face sunscreen you use to get the full protection. That's A LOT! Anyway, it was a really good video that you might be interested in. Love your channel!!
I don't find a 1/4 tsp very much at all. I probably use twice that much.

@@prycelessly I took mine maybe a month before I noticed any change but everyone is different, I just know before the probiotic I was having these awful attacks so often. I hope it works for you, just give it time to work.

I was interested in them also because I donât like my washcloths getting makeup on them that is difficult to get off. I have separate cloths for my face, but it still bothers me! Hi Serena, thanks for sharing these cute looks! Chico's has really upped their game this spring! I am loving their cropped trouser jeans (bought in med. blue and white). Since I live in the South, I purchased a few Zenergy pieces that have the sun protection in them and they can be worn for activewear or dressed up with cute sandals and worn out for dinner. After seeing how cute the Brigitte skort is on you, I am ordering it in the white and will probably get some in other colors. I also bought a few of their no-iron shirts in the cotton and linen. The no-iron shirt in the blue stars and stripes is so cute and I can't wait to wear it with the Brigitte skort and navy Sailor shorts (another favorite)! A few weeks ago when they were running a great promotion, I bought a bunch of the V-neck Perfect Tees. I like that they have a shorter cap sleeve and the v-neck is not too low. The J-Crew Factory gingham top that you have on is so cute that I am going to order that too! Thanks again for the great video and please keep featuring Chico's!

On the Disney trip, it was SO hot I became a huge fan of Hydration Muktiplier. They have so many flavors, including sugar-free ones. They really made a huge difference and kept me hydrated better than water alone.

Hi Serena! Love if all your videos. I go to my dermatologist and get the dark spots sprayed with liquid nitrogen spray, best thing ever! I do want to try laser for red broken capillaries on my chin, have you had these? And did laser work ? Ty â€
Iâve had the laser for broken capillaries. It did work.
I have a Stanley 40 oz and find it super heavy when full of water. Is the Simple Modern less heavy when full? It's so great to be able to have ice cold water all day! I'm going to order the Olay cloths today. For my facial sunscreen, I use PCalm which I get from Amazon. I have super sensitive, rosacea skin and this one doesn't irritate me at all. It's very elegant feeling.
The Simple Modern is just as heavy. It's all the ice & water....40 oz is 2.5 lbs.
