Man i can't imagine having to shoot straights in a tuxedo. I'm sure they hated having to wear that. Having to reach long shots. But they made it look easy. Thanks for sharing all these great videos.

Thank you so much for posting this video. I never met Mr. Staton but he is a legend of the game. It's very nice to be able to watch him in action. Such cueball control, he's like a surgeon. As someone whos been playing for 30 years or so, I can't even imagine the hours one would have to put in to be this good! Truly one of a kind.
It's good to watch this video. Even good players back in the day sometimes struggled to make high runs. - now I don't feel so bad about my own str8 pool game.
There are a lot of characters and personalities in billiards. Very few were as much of a gentleman as Mr. Staton
