    Humans have evolved to be highly sensitive to the 24-hour solar cycle. We all have an internal clock that controls almost every biological system in our bodies, from our sleep-wake cycles to our mood, to our immune strength, our metabolism and our cellular health- yes, even our skin’s health. Although some of you already know that exposure to natural sunlight or blue light can set your circadian clock, NEW science is showing that when you eat can also reset, or totally disrupt, your circadian clock.

    Do you have any suggestions for someone that works at night?

      Unf, it seems like working at night is just not what our spicies was supposed to do. So no matter what you do, it's simply not an optimal arrangement. Fortunately, on the other hand, our bodies are very adaptable and can bare with various lifestyles.
