    I always was told the Trade dollar was the most faked coin. With Morgan coming in 2nd. A draped bust? Only a handful is known to exist, worth 2 or 3 million dollars? And the seller just pulls it out of his pocket? Man the 5 alarm fire bells are ringing.... LOL Thanx for sharing this information.

    I see a lot of 1964 "Peace" Dollars too.

    • @christophersimpson3642
      @christophersimpson3642 Před 4 lety +2

      There are no 1964 Peace Dollar, Peace Dollar was made from 1921 through 1935. From 1936 to 1970 there were no silver dollars, The next year for Silver Dollar was 1971 to 1978 Ike' s Silver Dollar (Eisenhower's). Then 1979 through 1981 Susan B Anthony Dollars and then for one last year years later 1999. Oh not all Ike's were silver some were a lot were clad the silver ones are only 40% silver. Then in 1986 to Present day is the American Silver Eagle both MS and PR (proof). The only silver dollar that is .999 silver the rest is 90% and 40% depending on the year and the coin some dollar coins are just clad.The 2020 Silver American Eagle is now being sold on the U!S. Mint web site and also your bullion. Websites such as SD Bullion. Finally 2000 to Present are the Sacawea from 2000 to 2008 the. Native American coins 2009 to date also Presidential 2007 to 2016 and Finally The American Innovation dollar coin 2018 to 20??. The only 1964 coin that I think you might confuse as a Silver Dollar or Clad Dollar is the JFK Half Dollar. I hope this has answered your questions please do not be afraid to ask I will gladly answer if I can.

      The 1964 Peace dollar was made, but all were melted. I know of no real 1964 peace dollar that escaped this fate, though I see a lot of silver rounds, fantasy pieces and horrible fakes. It’s so sad that someone would not realize the rarity and importance of this coin and if you aren’t buying an 1804 dollar at an exclusive auction and paying millions you don’t have one. Education is expensive but lack of education is more so. 🤦‍♂️

    Hi Daniel.Ya, I have seen at least 9 of those 1804 dollars.They really are plentiful. I have one of the drape bust sil. rounds.I bought it because I like the design of early dollare.Have you ever seen a liberty cap or flowing hair sil. round? I have not, but I would buy one of each.I put the draped bust in a flip, and put repro. sil. rond on the flip.Probably should not buy them.I can tell they are reproductions easily, but alot of people may not be able to.In either case, I doubt if there is a mint product drape bust in that cond. In existance.Thankyou for the video Daniel.I hope that you and your have a nice holiday season. Harry Bond, Iowa.

    Great Video, I want to run this by you. For a possible further video for you....On how common mechanical doubling really is. I search through rolls and rolls of pennies. And haven’t found it to be that common in my area, and Lincoln Cents are the most minted. Certain years I have seen more, like the 1992-D Lincoln Cent, I have found quiet a few of these which has mechanical doubling on obverse and reverse. I even kept one that I thought was cool, it’s an example of processing coins today, so it’s history. Oh I do prefer a Double Die. But the 1995 Lincoln Double Die has mechanical Doubling as well. Now I only keep the coolest looking Mechanical Doubling on coins, I know they’re only are Valuable to me. But one needs to understand what is rare to help establish Value. That one is me Sir LOL.

    • @CoinHELPu
      @CoinHELPu  Před 4 lety +1

      I have several videos on doubled dies and show mechanical I am just not going to make people think it's rare and worth something. I think a video like that would cause it.
