I even have a memory when i was only about 8 years old that took place at a bar/supper club. Some lady played the song "MAMA MIA" by ABBA constantly throughout the evening. I'm guessing i heard it 12 to 17 times that evening. I also had the hots for a waitress there who was 3 times my age.

      @nittmo40 Před 3 lety

      @@brianperry4713 Thanks for the words, Brian. Sincere, kind words of sympathy (hopefully not empathy, though) help ease the pain quite a bit - more than you can imagine. I just miss Scottie so much. He had such a difficult life, and he just kept on going.
      Spend as MUCH time with your siblings as possible. Then go spend a little MORE time with them. Even just sitting around, watching TV, eating a snack. Anything. I cannot imagine ANYTHING worth more than that. PLEASE go see your siblings as soon as you can. I would give everything up, just to have some more time with my little brother.
      Losing a sibling is the family loss that is most often overlooked. This type of loss is one of the most painful there is. Your sibling is your partner for your entire lives. Until they are no longer with us.

    This is real music, legitimate music, not smothered and technology machines and computers, for some crazy reason I thought about the song the other day and it brought back such great memories growing up in the 70s and 80s (I was born in 65), the music got me through as well, it’s the music I want to remember, I’ve got the 70s programmed on XM radio, an era that if you have forgotten but will stick with the majority. I want songs like this played at my funeral after party
