Loved All About Eve! ❤️ I saw them in London in the early 1990s and it was one of the best gigs I've ever been to. I believe Julianne was also in a band called Mice at some stage. Thanks for this, Alan - I shall be having a bit of an AAE sesh tomorrow 😘

I was right down at the front and at one point all the die hard fans threw loads of white plastic spoons in the air - I *think* it was during the chorus of Dream Now - which was weird but obviously A Thing!
I was a bit obsessed with them at the time, had all the albums (still have) etc and another memory just popped into my head. I was living in Cambridge and went to view a sofa bed I'd seen in an ad in the 'paper (remember them, haha?!). Got to the house and All About Eve was blasting out! Lovely guy. We chatted for ages, listened to a couple of albums, I bought the sofa bed and arrived home very happy. Good times 🤩

@Annie-cb I do remember papers , delivering them was a mare 😳 give me a good live show , then a good conversation and that’s me happy 😊👍 and sofa beds and me have a love hate relationship 😂 I love to hate them ! But still end up buying them 😂👍
