I recently attended Holley Performance LS Fest East in Bowling Green, Kentucky and tracked down as many Camaro's as I could and also talked to a few owners. Thank God people are out there celebrating the Camaro.. and living their lives in these crazy times! I miss my 1997 z28 black on black 6 speed Camaro that was totalled in 2015

You're awesome and Camaro owners are the best too. Best community! Love my 5th gen. Test drove my 2014 for 2 minutes and fell in love. Had to have it. Everytime I drive that car its a good time.

Hey Kayla - thanks for the call out. Maniac Mischelle would be me, my daughters car is next to me. My husband was racing his, its a family affair. Daughters boyfriend just bought a 5th gen this weeks and friends that came to see us are buying one this week as well. They got the bug, nothing like a Camaro. Hubby going to Texas on Friday to look at another. Great event, was out first time there, we will be back with friends. LOL Thanks for including us in the footage. :-)

Badass video. I have a 2014 RS. Unfortunately its a V6, but is looking pretty nice. Like your vids. I used to detail cars and I am a clean freak when it comes to them.

Never had an LS but I'm happy with my old school 1970 Pontiac Firebird and 1989 Chevy Camaro RS. All my friends always tell me LS Swap both of them. If only I have the funds.

Love to see women who are into muscle cars / sports cars, especially Camaros! I am a woman, much older than you two young ladies, who shares the same passion! I'm the only one, of all my peers. They think I'm nuts! I watch more videos on muscle cars / sports cars, again, especially Camaros (and Firebirds) than anything else on CZcams. It's an obsession! LOL! Keep it up and enjoy!

Next time you got to swing by Bowling Green for LS Fest East. There is always next year but I'd say it's worth the trip! I traveled all the way from Phoenix, Arizona for the event, and it was well worth it.
Tell the body shop to hurry up!!! 🤗. Need to see it done. Would be great if you joined that huge group of camaros on that drive and make a video of it. Hopefully they reach there goal of 500 camaros. Thanks for a great video as always.

my dad owns a 1st gen 1969 z/28 camaroa all original and numbers matching. He also owns another 1st gen that got stolen in the 80s. Its a 1969 ss camaro convertible thats beings restored

Personally I'd prefer the Firebird over Camaro but 5:12 That red& black 5th Gen Camaro seems like it's ready for the track

3.73 gears on a 6spd mt is interesting. Wonder why that and not 3.91 or 4.10
It's not as aggressive as 4.10 gears so maybe he wanted track application but still be daily drivable.

5th gens are cool and I miss my 2014, but I can never part with my 1st gen. The first gens just ooze too much cool.
I agree with you! Classics are the best, just safety standards have changed dramatically since then. Car's will never be the same like they used to be but designers are doing an amazing job working with what they got.
@@KaylaRundle Oh yeah I agree. The 5th gen really nailed the classic styling of the first gen but modern to meet todays stuff. The engineering to make the 5th gen that is double the weight of my 68 Camaro and run circles around it shows just how far we have come with safety and technology. I just enjoy the little bit of time traveling you get when behind the wheel of a classic.
