- We do love it when companies approach us with new ideas for the Volkswagen Transporter market. (if you're reading this and having something, feel free to get in touch) Some are just recycled ideas another company already makes, some are actually innovative and new. This Kombi bike carrier really caught my attention. This is a great, well thought out design from the team at SCC Custom shop.
We're really pleased to be able to showcase this Transporter Kombi bike rack and offer it on our website to the THQ customers. These are available from the link below -

This bike holder is suitable for right hand drive (RHD) and left hand drive (LHD) kombi vehicles, as long are you have a single seat that can be removed for the carrier to locate in to.
Please note, check the measurements on the website. We do see some aftermarket kombi's that have had the brackets fitted slightly wrong, meaning this bike carrier can't lock in correctly.
I hope you've enjoyed this video. Please share it with any mountain biker, you know that might be looking for the perfect bike carrying solution.
Please do hit that like button, it means a lot.

Awesome video guys! Mitch explained the assembly and use perfectly!
Thanks for coming to us with this great product. We do love a "Mitch fits"
Great bit of kit 🙌
Yes great design for the biking kombi owners.
Are they doing one for motorcycle trials bikes? Lots of us drive transporters too and have the same seats in the back👍
We can look into that for sure. It would just be a case of changing the wheel locking plates.
Nice bit of kit lads 👍
Thanks, great design by SCC Customs
As always something that’s very useful for the transporter World 👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌
Thanks Peter. We try our best 😊
Hi … I’m really interested in the wheels that are on the van… what are they?
I'd be interested to see how robust these are with the screws going in at an angle and no dowels to locate the panels.
They've been through a lot of long term testing and are all holding up really well.
Hello, can you show how you made mud in the car?
I don't understand sorry
What has happened to your electric race van
Its 70% done. We'll get back on it one days. We just have too many projects at the moment.
I simply take out the front wheel, turn the handlebars 90° and I can easily get 4 mountain bikes in + passenger's and bag's!
Ok
