1D means one dimension ,when we consider the line with diameter 30 ,then it will now be in 3D as it has all 3 parameter in xyz .how come 1D is done ??

when I add force in static structural my part disappears and when i click on mesh it appears again

You can use factor of safety criteria based on Yield and ultimate limit of material.
