The result is incorrect, it has nothing to do with reality. The stresses and displacements are shown within the limits of the calculation error. Even if you do not use the ball, the result will be the same. Where is the animation that will show the contact of the ball with the support?

Sir this a great explanation but here i am really stuck with some parameters related to vibration isolation. My only question is can we determine the transmissibility ratio of a system comprises of springs and a mass where the excitation is from base. Specifically i have three springs one vertically supports the mass and two oblique springs supports the mass. When i place the mass on the spring system it tend to be in a equilibrium position which called as quasi static state. And at the same time a base excitation also be there. My goal is to isolate the mass from the vibration. Please help me in this to take the results
