  • Roselle leaves are called chin baung ywet or sour leaf
    Ingredients:
    Vegetable Oil (about 1 cup)
    Turmeric (3 tsp)
    Shallot/onion
    Green Chilies
    Garlic
    Chili Powder (2 tsp)
    Shrimp
    Soaked Dry Shrimp
    MSG (4 tsp)
    Salt (2 tsp total - 1 tsp before adding bamboo and Roselle Leaves and 1 tsp after adding bamboo and Roselle leaves)
    Bamboo Shoots Strip
    Malala (1 tsp)
    Boiled Roselle Leaves
