The LSB Experience (English)
In the summer of 2010 Marcel Luntungan, Hans Sligter and Sjoerd van den Broek performed together for the first time during a session in cafe "De Peuk" in Bussum, The Netherlands. These three men being good singers individually and holding a respectable track record as musicians in various bands and projects was already a known fact, but this spontaneous joint action a...ppears to be a classic example of a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
And so a new band arises; The LSB Experience. A binding factor and an important musical inspiration for the new band is the American so called "West Coast Sound". Several British acts that are known for using rich harmony vocal arrangements also form a common passion. The LSB Experience setlist now includes songs from: Crosby, Stills & Nash, Jackson Browne, James Taylor, The Eagles, Venice, The Doobie Brothers, Fleetwood Mac and Crowded House, to mention just a few names. Obviously, this cover/tribute repertoire is still expanding as the band is now exploring the possibilities of performing original material as well. While the original trio formation is more focused on the harmony vocals and acoustic instruments, the LSB Experience also appears with a rhythm section. This 5-piece band, with on drums Peter Deiman and on bass Rob Hendriks, shifts toward the more dynamic, arranged and swinging songs within the repertoire, thus creating an even greater variation in the sound and making the band more versatile.

The LSB Experience (Nederlands)

My son and I just listened to this (again) in awe, and, at the same time, appalled. Appalled because we cannot fathom how the people in the room are not sitting in silence with mouths agape and drool dripping from their flaccid lower lips. My son, Andrew, is a bit of a snob and a perfectionist when it comes to CSN&Y, especially. In his opinion (and mine) this is flawless perfection. xoxo
Well put; people are such pigs. They have show that it is really them that is "happening"- pridefulness, never looks good when it is seen.
Because they would if they had to pay 10 € entry fee
I know, as soon as they started singing my jaw actually dropped
It's recorded in the Netherlands I think....had problems like this before...rude is an understatement
F.A,N,T.A.S.T.I.C. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So incredibly well done, despite how annoying and disrespectful the audience was!
Oh my goodness. They captured and elevated the magic of this song. My sincerest compliments. The only frown I had was the sound of the people talking while this musical experience was being offered.
Thank you very much Marc! All the best…
I have occasionally played guitar and sang in front of groups, and to me it's irritating that people talk and carry on loudly. I am sure if they had to pay for the music, they'd be more attentive.
Yeah, exactly. I couldn’t understand why the entire room would not have been silenced the moment they started singing. I think perhaps either they aren’t that familiar with the song or these guys kill it every time they play there.
They even raised their voices as the song kicked off, obviously trying to be heard over the music. What an uncouth horde of tasteless, inconsiderate boors. A couple of "shushes" from someone trying to get them to quieten down were completely drowned out in the din.
Do you hear the drums and other edits added in? This is a production, and very well done. Listen to their actual live performance.
That one deserved a bigger round of applause! Well done.
Thank you!
Awesome
best rendition ive ever heard
Incredible!!!
Bravi, anzi bravissimi.
I was on the same bill, as these guys. They’re the most humble guys you could wish to meet and so cool. I stood in the audience watching them play this, in awe - the sound through a good PA was something else.
I can’t imagine talking over this. Like anything I had to say could be better.
Respect.
The best version..
well done clever !
Outstanding.
Thank you!
Damn dude. That is absolutely beautiful.
Wow, indeed!
The best cover ever

AND in a pub too? OMGosh! what a very wonderful and blessed Surprise! PERFECT. Took me back to Big Sur, 1971,..., Thank you!
Thank you Stephen! 🙏🏼
Ummm, great job to the producer for fading the bar noise to the back, cleaning up the vocals, enhancing those acoustic guitars, and dubbing in some percussions along with a little base
😊 There ain’t no bass in this recording. It’s just guitars!
BEAUTIFUL!!
Oh Yeah!
The best band that ever came from the Netherlands. (Better than Golden Earing)
Good Lord, they INCREASED the amazingness of this song, right in the way it was amazing in the 1st place. It's the original PLUS. This is unbelievable
Thanks, Jason!
Nice . . . YOU ~ ROCK ! !
Oh yeah. Thanks. And rip. Mr. David Crosby.
Wow! Best I've heard since ccn.
Outstanding! Thank you!
I almost clicked away because of the background noise. I am so glad I didn't. The power of your harmonies dissipated the distraction. Beautifully done gentlemen.
Vocal effects help a lot. Nice version.
Fantastic! Better than the original.
That was freaking beautiful.
Spot on
Lovely , excellent! Takes me back many years .
wow absolutely brilliant
From Mexico with respect. Awesome.
Thank you very much for the great compliments !!!
Wow! Really fine. Congratulations.
Yes!
PERFECT WOW
Exquisite
This is the best version I have heard done by anyone other than CSN themselves. The guitar parts are together and the harmonies of the voices are spot on. Excellent job!
@@drcornelius8275 F&F’s version is good but this one sounds closer to the original.
@@Poboy448 I’m an F&F fan, and their version is amazing, but this one has a purity and the guitar mix with the Taylor capo’ed to fill a different space that I love. The ‘for each other” harmony mix is pretty striking to me. Both are great.
Yeah, but now we have a new contender for the throne, (GNT) Girl Named Tom, are utterly phenomenal. Their harmonies are so tight, also they just WON "The Voice" 21' addition. Check um out, the really are Great. !!!
@@robertcoker4648 Try listening to the Home Free version.

Way to go, guys.
Music is the language of the heart ... that's all there is to say!
I have just watched a ton of versions which were brilliant but you guys (now 10 years later) have got to have earned eternity for that live rendition.
Best version I have ever heard! Great job, even with morons talking all the way through it!
Wow Wow!!!!!! Thanks from France!!!
Perfect COVER !!!! COngratulations guys !!
Came back today looking for this version. The total harmony blows me away.
Close your eyes while listening and you would swear it's CSN. Amazing.
Thank you for the huge compliment Ron!
Honestly, I think I like this version better than CSN's original. A little more up-beat, more energy, a version you can tap your foot to. Excellent job gentlemen.
Bellissimi e bravissimi bella cover fatta molto bene
Absolute perfect adaption to this song both music and vocals.
Phenomenal
I agree the best cover yet!!
CSN&Y represent the best thing that was done in the sixties, from the voice, to the music and the lyrics everything in them was harmony and simplicity
Bravo ! If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery , CSM should feel sincerely honored !
This is queen singing crosby stills and nash's. Perfect harmony this is the best of those ive heard before who tried to mimic the trio. Fellow country (and reggae) singer / composer here.
Thanks so much Duanji!
These guys are a gift to the ears and the soul! xoxo
Thank you Helene!
Fantastic.thank you🇫🇷

Beautiful cover amazing ❤❤
Holy shit!!
Daaaaaaaaaamn... Best CSN cover I've seen yet.
Listening to them with my eyes closed, sounds really like CSN. Awesome band.👏
This is insanely great!! And live?? What!!! Wow. I wish the crowd would shut up. Lol
Amazing vocal harmonies
Thank you Walker!
excellent version
Thank you Jason!
Wow I hate to admit this because I’m a dedicated fan of CSNY but this is just about the best I’ve ever heard this done. Harmonies are absolute perfection. Well done.
Listen to the Home Free version.
Awesome !
Bravissimi!!!!!
Grazie!!
Absolutely brilliant! Pity about some of the yobos in the audience
It's Stephen Stills' low end vocals that deliver the song's message with poignancy but even absent that element, these guys do a really superb job and likely would've rejected Graham Nash had he auditioned.
The lower end vocals really add a lot to the vibe . Sorely missed here
OMG, that IS the version. A great guitar playing and vocals from left to right. Congratulations!
They did a great job. I would also suggest Home Free's cover as well. The acapella gives a haunting effect to this song and the harmonies are the best I've ever heard. No Halloween pun intended. Lol
Echt supergoed!
Beautiful!
Awesome….best cover!
THank you Misha!
You guys are amazing
🙏🏼
