ABC here. I got married 7 years ago and thought it got better since, but seems its still bad or maybe worse. You're right it is terrible for Asian guys and believe me I tried everything from USA to China. The only advice I can give is to keep focusing on building up yourself and if it happens it happens. Keep networking and get your family's help and eventually something may come up.

I'm a little late to the party on this one as I have just discovered your channel. However, I am Blasian (Chinese and Black American from California) and I have been with my woman (Born in China and moved to American during middle school) for more than 12 years now. I'm 34 and she is 33. Both of our parents are still married. And in terms of my cultural upbringing in America, I like to say I am 59% Chinese culturally and 41% Black American. Since I grew up mostly living around and attending other Asians (regardless of ethnicity) and spent weekends, events, and weeks within the summer around my Black side of the family and the larger Black community. I was even in a majority Asian professional frat in undergrad where I met my woman at. I have been to China more than 11-times to visit my family there (as a child) and just to explore on my own (as an adult).
With that background information out of the way, I restricted by dating habits when I started in middle school till my current relationship to only Chinese (Immigrant or ABC) or Black American women only. And even among that group, I was very selective in the women I picked. Because I did not want to date women with certain toxic personality types or unrealistic ideas about life.
I do think marriage (children even) or long-term cohabitation is possible. It has just gotten a bit harder based on the evolution of society (more so in the West, but even in parts of Asia) for that to happen as easily as it was in the past.
The biggest difference I see is that when my parents got married (they are Boomers and had me as the fifth and unexpected child when they were in their early 40s) there was a level of understanding between the sexes. And while they both met in college, my parents worked through the difficulties that happened in marriage.
My mom was supportive of my dad during his rise in the business world when at times things were not economically stable in the household long before I came along. So, that ended up being the benefactor of that success.
So, I say all that to say that one should never give up as men navigate through the modern dating and relationship terrain.
