  • Today on the channel we have a 2009 Corvette C6 Automatic Base car that we will be installing our custom CSP Camshaft, a A&A Supercharger a set of Kooks Longtubes and a few other things. Watch as it puts down more power than we expected and forces us to either turn it down or go crazy with it!
    The Complete Street Performance CZcams Channel is dedicated to bringing you humorous but quality car content, mostly specializing in late model Domestic V8s. The work we do is with roughly a century of experience between everyone working at CSP, and the best part is we have fun doing this specialized work. Enjoy the Channel!

    I have a C6 Corvette supercharged by Ecs tuning with headers twin puck clutch and methanol injection and secondary fuel pump. I can tell you that the power level is way way beyond what the car Construction is able to handle. Then again, my car is a convertible and is likely a bit more flexible to begin with. In any event, the car is an absolute beast and on a Mustang Dyno put out 680 hp to the wheels. Even if that’s a tad optimistic it’s still result to a lot of horsepower at the crank.

      I have an 08' Z51 vert with AR headers, ported TB and an ECS supercharger kit. I am putting down about 650 to the rear wheels. The car is stable but wicked fast now. Its almost scary to drive on the streets with it so I am much more conservative with the throttle. It still feels solid to me but I was thinking of going with Bilstein shocks, and getting a LG motorsports front and rear sway bar to add a bit more rigidity.

      I looked into this as well and there seems to be plenty of guys with over 15 to 20k hard miles on stock 6l80 trans pushing 600 to 700whp. 800whp seems to be the limit. The trans tune has to be done by someone that knows what they are doing. Pat G has been doing 6L80 trans tunes and will probably do mine eventually.

      @KNS_Racing Před rokem +3

      @@jaws2003 that has been true. I had a manual trans c6 z06 and that car was 600whp. Truth be told, once you get over 600whp, manual is very tricky to drive at 9/10ths. The power can be managed and put down much better with the auto and the gearing and shift speed on he 6L80 actually isn't bad at all, especially after a trans tune. I grabbed a 2011 inferno orange auto car with only 28k miles for 28k a few months ago. Getting a magnuson and shooting for 650whp.

    That's why in the video with the 6th 150 Hp gain N/A car. They cut the cam install out an cm up with a dumb excuse saying we can't show our secret tricks. I know they can't pay attention to the cam going and new cam so call cam going bk in. Anyone who builds races cars sees that they put a used cam in there costumer car. Ant no New cam already looks old oily color an not shine bright that aluminum looking new color that call new parts cm out the box looking brand new. I'm a car and performance head. But I can't be quiet when I see some Tricky B.S. All other performance shops lmr ECT all show new parts from old To new . Dag the I'm hate comments I may get. I got to call a spade a spade as man.
