Shame the excursions ended with that derailment. Did they determine what caused it?

I already found out what caused it from the Pentrex dvd Steam To Spokane. The power car had caused the derailment by its front wheelbase that failed to rotate it properly.
With that all fixed, the train headed back to Portland at five am the following morning with a diesel helper on the front.
This trip through the Pacific Northwest would’ve been a success if there weren’t any clumsy accidents like the valve lubrication trouble they had to fix (which they would’ve added a diesel on the second day) and the derailment at Pasco Yard.
