Good day. To access your digital certificate, you would need the info on both your NIN and WAEC to match.
Your only option now is to visit the WAEC office in the state where you wrote to collect the certificate physically. In that way, you would be able to prove to them that the certificate is yours using a sworn affidavit and news paper publication of change of name.

Sorry, there's no option for Country on the portal.
I believe you are talking about the option for adding your phone number when creating an account. If that's the case, tap or click on the little arrow button just on the side of the box for adding country code. A list of countries and thier codes will appear. You can scroll up and down to select Ghana.
No, she’s talking about the part where you’ll have to choose a country and exam year to access your certificate.
Apparently this service is actually only available for Nigerians and not the other countries.
@@I_Atuguba you are correct. I just checked. Though other countries are listed, selection is not active. Perhaps they are still working on incorporating the other countries on the portal.
