Prashant Kishor spoke exclusively to India Today's senior journalist Rajdeep Sardesai. On being asked about the implications of the results of the recently concluded Assembly polls on the upcoming high-octane Lok Sabha polls in 2024, Kishor said that the BJP has a "psychological advantage" after the win in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. "To draw a conclusive argument that because the BJP has three states, they are going to Lok Sabha is not true. They were ahead even any which way before this state election...," he said in his exclusive interview. The next Lok Sabha election is expected to be held between April and May 2024

The young Rajdeep who fearlessly covered the Gujarat Riots in 2002, who was coming up as a fearless, highly opinionated journalist justifying the qualities of his great Father the cricket legend Sardesai has died out ! Rajdeep is now a spineless journalists who is trying to use his great past to make a life out it .....But by doing lip service to Modi Brand and the Pro Modi sect in RSS and BJP l following a policy line of India Today's ownership..! This spineless style of Journalism by Rajdeep is uprooting the very role of Press as the fourth estate and the fourth pillar of Democracy and making himself a rotten figure that is weakening and smelling bad ! He's a great analyst slightly tilted towards BJP. I'am afraid he might become an unofficial spokesperson of BJP. I am also afraid that scheduled delimitation in 2026 might break this country apart as the South work hard to make economic progress and some states in the north work hard to produce population. After delimitation, south will clearly pay major tax but decisions will be made by the north flavouring north. Anyways, it's good that BJP has been bringing some remarkable reforms and infrastructure which will be the stepping stones for further growth.
