👉 Who was the songwriter?
Vladimir Semjonovich Vysotsky (1938-1980) was a Russian poet, actor and singer, inconvenient for the state but the people loved him. In his songs he sang about topics that officially did not exist in the Soviet Union: prostitution, crime, anti-Semitism. He is still known and popular today in Russia, where he is considered the greatest songwriter of the 20th century. He always played his songs on a 7-string guitar.
Vysotsky died in 1980. His funeral took place during the Moscow Olympics. The Soviet media did not mention his death. But the news spread like wildfire, and the funeral turned into the largest non-state demonstration Moscow had ever seen.

However, Diana is able to accurately convey the depth of emotion and the deep meaning of this song perfectly. I know that when she sings this it drains her natural happy spirit as you see at the end. так уж получилось, что в младые годы я жил напротив Владимира Высоцкого и пересекались случайно минутно. Очень редко слышу адекватное исполнение песен Высоцкого, но это исключение.

Текст песни драматичен.
Там не про коней. Кони - это метафора.
Это жизнь, которая летит под откос и автор пытается как-то придержать ее, пытается управлять конями - жизнью, хочет успеть что-то доделать, допеть песню... Но понимает, что не успевает, жизнь не слушается и выкидывает фортеля (кони привередливые). Но хотя бы немного постоять на краю, перед тем, как уйти в Вечность...
Это действительно сложно, и Диана справилась. Честь ей и хвала!

This is a life that is going downhill and the author is trying to somehow hold it back, trying to control the horses - life, wants to have time to finish something, finish the song ... Вот как по мне-что то не так.. Ведь можно было и переводом озаботиться, и что то узнать об авторе песни (Высоцком), и с удивлением открыть для себя, что его женой была прекрасная французская (!!!) актриса Марина Влади. Да и не прерывать исполнение Дианы каждые 30 секунд.
Уважаемый "ЕБит Реакт" (надеюсь я правильно перевел?)..Как Вы и посоветовали я не буду стесняться....а потому.........Обратите внимание , что Вы пишите? ..... даже вечно пьяный гугл корректней переводит... И Вы ошибаетесь..Диана певица не из Украины........А из Буркина- Фасо!!!!.......Нет серьезно...так трудно прочитать минимум о том, о ком делаешь уже не первую реакцию???
