The Anglo - catholic is part of the Anglican Church. We also call it High Church. Look up the Oxford Movement

I've not heard of this church. I am guessing that this church represents Anglo-Catholics who have left the Church of England to establish a branch of Christendom to rerive the rites and practices of the historic Catholic Church. The only way I can tell this not a Catholic Church are differences in clerical garb, the liturgy being sung with words unfamiliar to me, and that church flag to the left of the altar is not the Vatican flag but probably the flag of this new group.
I guess, too, that the bishop and priests are unmarried and are all male. This service corresponds to a high Mass which is a long service where the entire Mass is sung. I wonder if these folks might consider getting their bishop(s) consecrated by 3 Catholic bishops which would mean the Catholic Church would recognize the validity of their priesthood and Sacraments and thus be ready to welcome them back to Rome. A number of Anglican parishes in the States have done this and have been granted acceptance to conduct the Mass in their Anglican manner. I found the bishop friendly and approachable like so many Anglican priests. !
