The best part was that I was able to locate an owner of one of the lost items, and her reaction was priceless!

I love watching you return the phones to their owners. I lost mine 3 months ago, while picnicing near cliffs. We went there several times without luck. I received the call telling me it was found. It's a great feeling.

a really small detail, but I like the procedure of how u return the phone to the owner - you give them some merch then show them the clip of u finding the phone. it just makes you look professional and all put together
