Part 2: • The Best Ever Foot Rac... - Sport
Saab's chases are insane speed. He makes up 10 metres on his opponent in less than half of the field
Yeah Saab is crazy
We need a race beetween hamiso, saab, fox, coates, savage, kolou and dom young
That would be a hectic race.
Young would just about edge out Hamiso. Hamiso has outrun Sabb, Toasted the Fox and caught him a few times. Young for me seems to be the fastest in the NRL right now.
@@orinorio1 ... Hammer did not out-run Saab. He only got away because Saab made a piss poor attempt at tacking. But for speed, Saab had him covered and then some.
Saab is faster than Young over 100.
Ever since the Telstra Tracker came into being, the top 3 NRL player recorded in-game speeds have been as follows:
1 - Josh Addo-Carr - 38.5 km/h (2019)
=2 - Jason Saab - 38.0 km/h (2021)
=2 - Dom Young - 38.0 km/h (2022)
Ironically, Young's recorded top speed was while unsuccessfully trying to stop a runaway Jason Saab from scoring at Brookvale (Round 17, 2022).
@@Holden308 then it goes
Coates-37.8
Steven Chriton-37.5
Hamiso-37.4
Shaun Johnson catching Jennings 😍 or him catching g.i.
I just watched both of them. Those are some good ones,. Thanks for letting me know! Appreciate it.
@@simplysports13 whats your thoughts on your squad this year?? I'm a wahs fan 😛
@@corza2137 I honestly think that our squad underperformed this year considering that we had some of the best players in the comp. On paper we looked fine and thought we were gonna demolish the comp but reality strikes and shows you the true colours. Us fans thought that this year was going to be our year and we've been saying that for quite some time however I do think that doggies will bounce back for 2024. Sorry for the lengthy response.
@@simplysports13 bro you's had a heap of injuries though.. I think your team's a quality half back away from top 4 if the team stays injury free! All the best to the doggies 2024! (Except against the warriors, lol)
@@corza2137 Yeah you're definitely right about our injuries and that was major setback for us throughout the season. Also our halfback has been the main problem just as you said and we've always been switching every game so we can't maintain some sort of chemistry throughout the team. All the best to warriors next year as well! I think they'll perform just as well as they did this year!
wighton's chase down tackle on Tommy turbo was also insane, the way he latches onto Tommy's back and throws him out 💯
It's crazy and especially Jack Wighton. You don't expect him catching Tommy turbo
What's even more impressive about Frizze and Sattler is that they're forwards
Yeah ikr. Frizell is big but he can tho. He almost got to Gagai
Bro I'm from HopeVale Far North Queensland Matty Bowen's home town He's my nephew on My dad's side and cousin On My Mum's side but the only player I'd say would Of gave Matty a great Track down or pursuit with out any injuries is The Road runner Kevin Locke.. 🤔😁💪 it'll be like The Flash vs Quicksilver
DC vs MCU.
Big love and respect to the Maori brother's New Zealand produced some of the most quickest speedsters in NRL history.. ❤️🙏😁💪
Kevin Locke came Off and injury The time him and Matty had a foot race..
Again Big love and respect to you guys Maori brother's and sister's 🙏❤️❤️❤️
Bro that's actually mad that you're related to Matty Bowen.
@@simplysports13 yeah bro, here's a funny story: My eldest cousin brother had a race with Matty school days their both same Age My eldest cousin brother out ran him in the 100 metres and 200 metres Track and field, My Big brother was a lot Faster.. 😁 their both two years older than me, I was their that Day when they had a foot race..
Every time I mention that to My Big brother He always SAY: Don't you ever talk about that or take that away from Matty because Matty made it,
I DIDN'T!!
He always say that out of respect for his best friend/school mate..
😁❤️🙏 What a legend Matty is though aye, every school boys wanted to be like him during his time in the NRL huh..
@@blaze-ut4fo Bro that's crazy. Matty was crazy good and the fact you are basically related to him is even better.
@@simplysports13 yeah bro, he's a great dude bro if you ever meet him in person bro he's a very down to earth type of dude 🙏😁💪
@@blaze-ut4foThat would be hectic
Michael O'Connor vs Eric Grothe Snr, first game at Parramatta stadium 1986.
I just checked it out on your channel. I typed it in and found it straight away. Thx for the suggestion?
I'm making a part 2 so I will definitely be using this clip.
Lewis ankle tap on Byrne made it easier for Sattler to cover tackle,an th backing music here is blaaaa & jil sas
Union fan but some of those were class
Glad you enjoyed the content!
You sound surprised
There was this Chase between Steve Renouf & Ricky Walford in the 92' Gf between Dragons & Broncos..
Are you talking about the one when he scored the 80+ metre try?
@@simplysports13 ... Yeah ...Renouf.
Coates on gagai is wild when you dee johnston getting in the way twice. Coates in origin coming from opposite corners on intercepts is a sight to see as well cause he bolts with everything and covers ground so fast. That being said i dont reckon we have seen the fastest of the hammer yet. He never looks like he is pushing it and yet just jets away.
Favourite one is papalii ankle tapping. Not fast by any means but a massice effort from an older forward.
I reckon hammer is just naturally fast
@@simplysports13 he's a weapon.
@@Cutter_Number_30 He will pass through anyone. Speaking of him, he had a great season himself.
Great video, keep up the great content
Thanks bro. Appreciate it!❤
You forgot to show Paul Gallen chased down billy slater. Yes he did. Early days. But slater still just scored. Pretty crazy
I mean I gathered what I could find. Of course there have been many that I missed but I did what I could.
What game was this?
@@simplysports13 If you want to see a miracle, Paul Gallen ran down Billy Slater 🤯. Billy Slater's debut Sharks V Storm, Round 1, 2003 | Match Highlights. At 1m57s …. Here is the link as well. czcams.com/video/vmDEpMvEGOI/video.html
Saab. Should take up 100m sprinting. Usain saab!!!
You're actually right. He'd demolish anyone in a sprint!
@@simplysports13 hahaha yeah, course he would.
Track is another level entirely.
@@itsinthetreesitscoming7431 hahahaha true that
Missing the game where Shaun Johnson chased down micheal Jennings !
Most people have already told me that one. I did see it, it was mad one tho.
Dogs emblem for a pfp.. n mbye chased down from nowhere not on the list
@@w0lfm4n43 Are you talking about the Moses Mbye trysaver back in 2014?
@@simplysports13 against gc i think it was
@@w0lfm4n43 Can you try and find the link for that?
Matty seers running down brett Mullins was a corker
Just watched that one. That was a crazy one.
Darren Albert on Mat Sears was best of the 90s
Great video
Thanks bro much appreciated! ❤
I like your picture I go for the dogs
Thanks bro. Up the DOGGIES for 2024
Yep go the dogs
@@simplysports13
Michael Morgan running down Tom Trobjevic and Konrad Hurrell in 2015
who did Konrad Hurrell play for in 2015?
The best one was always that red headed winger frol qld thst would race someone at halftime and would always dust them, brett dallas
Matty Bowen has run down prime Josh Morris, prime Shaun Johnson and prime Brett Stewart🏃🏾♂️
Are you talking about any games to be specific? Just if I made a part 2?
@@simplysports13 couldn't even tell u the years it happened but I do know the Bret one was at Dairy Farmer's n the other 2 were at Dogs stadium and NZ. I'm usually 12 - 14 tins deep by kickoff wen the cows play😆
@@bagsmcgee2195 Is it alright if you can drop a link to at least any one of these?
How Cooper Cronk wasn't penalised for that Gagai QLD try beggars belief 😂
...and then there's DCE's effort during last year's SOO.
Who was he chasing?
@@simplysports13 Stephen Creighton of all people. He had no right to even get close.
Staines v Addo Carr? Foot race to the ball, r3 2021
Bro I just saw it. That was a close one.
Sami catching the Fox WOW but how quick is Jason Saab he'd have to be one of the quickest ever in the NRL?
He is in fact one of the fastest in the NRL. He is currently amongst the fastest NRL players! Glad you enjoyed the video.
Sami caught Fox not because he's faster, but because he was able to maintain his pace while Addo-Carr visibly slowed down.
Jason Saab is probably the quickest in the NRL over 100 metres, but the top speed belongs to Addo-Carr though at 38.5 km/h. Saab and Dom Young are equal second on 38.0 km/h each.
@@Holden308 Sami ran him down - end of.
tyson frizzell also chased down val holmes
If your talking about the state of origin one I had included it in another video because I remember putting it
Josh paplili vs titan player
Missed Shaun Johnson vs Inglis and Shaun Johnson vs Michael Jennings
Yeah in fact I saw those 2 recently
@@simplysports13 I think there was Johnson vs Daniel Tupou as well. But he isnt overly fast
@@driftingstyles Can you try and find a link to that?
@@simplysports13 I think they are all in this video :
czcams.com/video/6PNR18e8Gxg/video.html
Saab is the quickest
He straight out is honestly. He would catch up to anyone.
Best ever, really?? Looks like you didn't go back past the year 2000?! How about Darren Albert chasing down 'someone' from North Sydney in a semi-final in 1997 for starters! That one kills all those you just showed!!
Thanks for the suggestion and I gathered everything that I could find and surely that have been a few that I have missed. Maybe I might make a part 2 with these suggestions.
Saab is the fastest
Nothing here from Shaun Johnson, don't waste my time.
I'm making a new one where he is included. That video will most likely uploaded today so keep an eye out!
Saab too quick
