As much as I wanted to like this chair, I found a few key flaws with it that ultimately made me decide to return it. The cushion is way too soft for me (170lbs), to the point where it's just slightly bottoming out. Not confident the cushion will last more than 6 months. Second is the arm rests, which don't go low enough and are too far forward. You have to have your desk setup so the desk is higher than the armrests, which requires you to lift your arms past 90 degrees when sitting upright, or lean back in the chair to allow a comfortable angle. Because the lumbar support is so pronounced, there's no upper back support when sitting up straight - you either have to be sitting up straight with your whole upper back floating, or you have to sit in a semi-reclined position, which actually puts a quickly fatiguing amount of pressure on your lower back and butt. The rest of the features on the chair are great with lots of adjustability, but those 3 or 4 main points were enough for me to know that I'd be settling for the chair in the long run. I think they could probably dial it in with a couple more revisions, but this one wasn't it for me.

I bought the flexi spot OC6 and its a TERRIBLE chair. Ass went numb within 1 hour of sitting on it, headrest sucks and adjustability is super limited.
I hate these chairs don't have at least a 160 degree recline.
