Nice! Your variation series is pretty neat and the facility you train at is cool. I like to use dumbbells for my deadlifts.

+mrnothingbettertodo Thanks! And thanks for the compliment on the gym since it's my own :-) You can actually do all of the variations using dumbbells which is cool!

    Dear ,
Deadlift exercises are simple , but very important . How have my back injury , I take great care to achieve them. Like how you used various resources to carry them out .

+Miguel Arrieta Yes you definitely have to be careful to engage your core as you do the deadlift and make sure you use your upper back and glutes and not simply your low back. :-)

I would have also added the conventional stiff-legged deadlift (essentially the partial-deadlift), and the trap-bar deadlift, perhaps even the dumbbell deadlift.

+Brett Adam Lamborn all great suggestions. Showed one with dumbbells but you can totally use dumbbells for any of them. You can also do pause deadlifts and deficit deadlifts, but didn't want to show too many either! :-) Deficit are great especially if you struggle getting it off the ground!

Hi. First off, amazing videos. I now have lots of great ideas for hiit cardio and weight training. However, what body parts does the windmill deadlift train?

Love your videos. Could you tell us more about differences between some of the deadlifts. For ex. SL vs staggered

Hi Nisha. So I do have this post here - redefiningstrength.com/the-deadlift/
However, Single Leg work on balance and core stability while still getting your glutes and hamstrings. Staggered isolates one side a bit more but also gets your inner and outer thighs in a different way. Sumo gets inner thighs a bit more while conventional is a great total posterior chain move. So they are all great moves to work your backside they just target things in different ways and from different angles.

Not in there. But it's a good one that requires a top down approach. If I could go back now I'd also add in the band hinge, deficit and good morning as well :-)
