  • Dr Boyle presents data from his clinical experience prescribing LDN (low Dose Naltrexone) during pregnancy. In conclusion LDN appears to be safe and possibly beneficial during pregnancy for those who need it but bigger studies with more data are needed to verify this.

    Dr. Boyle: forgive my ignorance, but can you explain--or direct me to a resource for understanding--the mechanism (or your theory of it) by which LDN works for auto-immune disorders? How does it help?
