- I've never heard coyotes howling and yipping for such a long unbroken stretch of time and I managed to capture it accompanied by a lone owl hooting in the night. Haunting and somewhat eerie yet wonderful!
When you purchase these alpaca socks through me using this link it supports my channel: snwbl.io/hollow-socks-c/BRYAN...
This is my kind of video...loved the barking coyotes and hooting owls and night time videography...thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
That’s quite a serenade
Just beautiful sights. my dog was enchanted.
Loved to hear them again. None here where I live now
I like their vocals in the night too!

Thanks for mentioning that! Yes, give a "like" and comment and it helps as does watching a video in its entirety.
Any difficulty sleeping that night? One of my former jobs was a ranch hand in Acton, California. Owls were the biggest predator to worry about. One night an owl got into the duck cage, and it was not pretty. We had to completely seal the duck pen to keep the owls out. Hope you are having a good holiday season Rockhopper! Thanks for all the great content this year, safe travels!!
No trouble sleeping as I'm used to the coyotes and other creatures of the night. I have a friend in Lancaster CA so have passed by Acton many times. Owls are stealthy and effective predators but beautiful (as long as they're not decimating ducks). Thanks and Happy Holidays to you as well!
@@rockhopperadventures Owls are majestic and protected. I had recently read Barred Owls now outnumber Spotted Owls, and government wants 500k of the Barred shot in the Pacific Northwest. Sad to read about this.
@@youdecide2696 I hadn't heard about the government wanting to reduce the numbers of barred owls. I read that the spotted owls are rare due to habitat loss, which is primarily old growth forests. So instead of stopping cutting forests they want to kill off the barred owls? Humans have a strange way of trying to restore balance.
