This is my personal experience on carnivore as a MD. When I cut myself and I am eating carnivore, my blood is quite thin and I bleed easily. When I am eating "normal" SAD, and I cut myself, my blood is "sticky" and it clots easily. I have made the personal conclusion that a cardiovascular event is far less likely on carnivore than on SAD. This woman mentioned that she had covid and I would suspect that this may have been related to that infection as both the shot and the infection cause increased clotting.
Hi, what does SAD stands for? Thank you

"When I am eating "normal" SAD, and I cut myself, my blood is "sticky" and it clots easily. I have made the personal conclusion that a cardiovascular event is far less likely on carnivore than on SAD." Normal clotting is healthy, but a the central cause of the development of atherosclerosis and thus higher risk of heart attacks and strokes is elevated apoB levels, and eating high fat diets that raise LDL levels also raise apoB levels.
Carnivore diet is healthy, but it doesn't make you Supermen and resistant to anything and everything, like for example COVID
I don't know what she was thinking, that if she eats in such a way that she is indestructible, no one can guarantee you anything after five years on a vegan diet

I had a major stroke age 69, right side totally paralyzed, speech affected. I scooted myself to the front door, I could not walk. I called 911 went to the hospital. I only tell my story because I did get to the hospital within 4 hours. ER administered TPA I recovered totally from Friday released on Monday and thankful to God I did not need therapy.

@@mnight207 What is the best treatment for stroke?
The main treatment for an ischemic stroke is a medicine called tissue plasminogen activator (tPA). It breaks up the blood clots that block blood flow to your brain. A healthcare provider will inject tPA into a vein in your arm. This type of medicine must be given within 3 hours after stroke symptoms start.

My neighbour had the j, just one was enough to give him a stroke and heart attack. He lasted only a few months after that until he expired.
My neighbor, 36, fit ex marine also had a stroke shortly after the jab. Recovered pretty quickly.

As soon as i read it, I thought 'she got the jab'.... so many strokes in healthy people its not funny.
I truly believe she healed so well due to being on carnivore for 90 days before. I know we can't know that for sure, but seeing the healing my own body has done just in the first 5 days of carnivore is honestly amazing!! I have an open wound on my leg caused by a vein disease, had it for 5 years, saw wound care 4 yrs, had surgery from a vascular surgeon, had surgery from a plastic surgeon, and after all that it healed maybe about 10%. After 5 days on carnivore my wound is half the size it was!! I ate so "healthy" before carnivore and ate sooo many vegetables and fruits, lots of lean protein, and it never helped me heal. The FAT combined with zero carbs is it!! 🥰✌️🥩💕
I have two LARGE non-healing venous insufficiency wounds. One is 18 yrs old, the other 6. Doctors couldn't heal me; they said that something was preventing my healing but never bothered to figure what that is.
Starting over two yrs ago, my health declined due to what I later learned was a potassium depletion that nearly killed me. I spent most of 2022 in hospital & rehab, where the wound ppl couldn't heal me. Been home a year & found the carnivore diet over the summer. I have fibromyalgia; the potassium loss severely weakened my muscles & they haven't improved. I thought carnivore might be my last & only hope, but I haven't found any commentary from ppl with wounds. I still must drink chocolate milk, bcs I feel the low potassium symptoms when I don't drink milk & can't drink it plain. I have almost entirely eliminated other sugars (just a bit of organic lemonade, but much less). My solid food is meat, butter, & eggs. No real improvement yet in my wounds, but a slight improvement in muscle strength based on my ability to lift a gallon. However, my body has been in such bad shape for so long that I don't expect immediate miracles from carnivore.
Your comment has given me hope. Thank you.
@@joan-annebross9217 Here is something that might help you with the low potassium -- I make an electrolyte solution for us that uses a tsp of lite salt (half potassium, half sodium) per quart of water. (I also add a couple of packets of powdered lemon for flavor, but you don't have to do that.) Especially during the summer, we drink two or three of those per day, and when we had blood work done a few days ago, the doctor commented on how good our potassium levels were.
Any sugar is going to stop or slow healing. You CAN go without. Find another source of potassium. LMNT is great!

My first question would be "How many booster shots did you receive". Then after she answers a number above zero, I'd inform her that it's not the diet that's the culprit.
exactly, could it be from the cocktail... also, as far as I remember from some of her previous videos, she mentioned diet soda was something she consumed regularly and that cannot be something to ignore

I really don't want to go off this diet because I've had amazing results with energy no inflammation and weight loss? Could it be the HRT? I don't believe it's the electrolytes?
Stop the hormones
She did not say the carnivore diet was the culprit. Did you listen to the video?
@@carolynball6815 I had major heart fluttering and racing in the beginning, with me it is electrolytes, I add salt to lemon water, drink 3 litres a day and also take potassium and magnesium every day to stop the fluttering, if I don't then it keeps me awake at night and I get cramps easily. I actually would have been honest with him about your carnivore diet. The way I see it, if enough doctors hear their patients testimonies about eating a carnivore diet and have great evidence and results to prove its effectiveness, then perhaps more doctors will see the positives in such a diet and may not shy away from recommending it to other patients.

Are you now on blood thinners? Anything else? You've probably heard about PFO closure. Think very carefully about it. I was in a longterm study on PFO closure using the amplatzer device, in the medical arm of the study. At the end I decided against closure. It may be for some but not for me.
I was veggie/vegan/ raw vegan for way over 40 years. I was friends with Loren Lockman & Dr Doug Graham, who both pushed raw vegan as an 'eternal youth' diet. I lost touch with them way back when, but all raw vegans of my past look frail and ready to die. With this, I chose to go paleo-carnivore for the last quarter of my life, and see if it shows a different outcome. No breakfast, I eat home grown apples midday, and braised/ fried beef with homegrown onions and garlic with my own tomato purée mid-afternoon. Ten days in and I no-longer have lunchtime 'power naps', and my energy is crazy. Elimination's perfect too. I'm going a day at a time, but this is a major paradigm shift for me. This vid's further confirmation that I'm making the right choices.
I loved this! I'm 56 and have been keto I guess for a number of years, but didn't call it anything. I was paleo over a decade ago and loved how it helped my MS, but kept eating the more "normal" American diet, just skipping potatoes or beans, but still not skipping carbs in general as much as eating bread and feeling guilty! But I watched Steak and Butter Gal and realized this made sense, so I started meat only about July 15, 2023. I haven't lost size or pounds enough to notice but I am no longer on blood pressure or thyroid meds, so I know I'm healthier!
That's fantastic 😀

Carnivore is keto. Any very low-carb diet is keto. :)
Keto is basically the same as carnivore diet… Same meats same eggs same cheese… In addition you just throw a little veg on your plate. Anyway that’s how I do keto. It can be just as simple as you want it to be!
@@dressseller Not true. Carnivore is keto, but not all keto is carnivore. "Keto" means low enough carbs to be in ketosis. In theory, a vegan could get into ketosis and be "keto." ;)
Keep us updated. I have great faith in a meat only diet as well. We wish you great health onwards!
I'd been carnivore for about nine months before my wife began very earnestly suggesting that I add "more nutrition" to my meals, to which I agreed to have a handful of cooked green beans. Ten minutes later I felt a dull ache meandering down from my left shoulder and under my rib cage. Then my right side stopped responding properly. We're both ex-hospital staffers, so we knew what had occurred. My wife wanted to rush me off to hospital, but I was having none of it. I told her to add more animal fat to my meals and to see to it that I drank a glass of warm water, into which had been stirred a teaspoon of turmeric and another of cayenne pepper, three times a day, every day. I stopped the drinks after about a week, as full mobility had returned and all symptoms of the stroke were gone.
There is no one-size- fits-al diet. Just as we differ from one another in a variety of ways, so are our dietary requirements quite unique to each of us. However, you're on your own here, as only YOU can discover which foods your body likes and which do it damage. Carnivore is a good place to start if you suffer with indigestion, bloat, tummy upsets, flatulence, diarrhoea, leg and foot cramps, headaches (including migraines), brain fog and forgetfulness. It also helps to shed weight, because your body learns to burn fat for energy once the carbohydrates are no longer being shovelled into it.
You have to go your own way because, like me, you ave lived in your body all your life long and no damned fool can tell you what it needs and what it doesn't. YOU have to pay attention, monitor its responses, discover what is causing the upsets and eliminate the rubbish from your diet.
How amazingly strong and fearless you are to reject medical help after experiencing such an event. truly inspirational Keith.
Keep away from turmeric and cayenne pepper. They are high in toxic oxalic acid. Adding fat was the best idea.
@keithtaylor3347 Are you saying that green beans caused you to have a stroke?
@@preachergirl611 Must have been killer green beans...
Respect for covering this!
Like Beth, I also had a stroke. Very much similar as Beths. After my stroke it was found that i have a PFO (Patent Foramen Oval) yes, it is a hole in the heart that doesn't close after birth. It's a flaplike opening that's between the two chambers of the heart.
My stroke occurred shortly after menopause, which is a very common time for women to suffer such a thing. It's mainly caused by low estrogen. Low estrogen can also causes Takasubo cardiomyopathy, aka Broken heart syndrome, which I also had twice.
Prior to my stroke I happen to have read an article about low estrogen causing strokes. Upon my release from the hospital after mine, I went to a functional medicine Dr and low and behold my estrogen was barely detectable at 0.4 ng
I was put on BHRT which has given me my life back. Now, being on carnivore for 3 months I'm finding I don't need the hormone cream. In fact, I haven't taken any in about a week. I know what my body feels like when my hormones are high, low or holding steady. With the high fat, my body is making the hormones it needs with no problem.
What really disturbs me is, doctors know low estrogen can cause strokes and the choose to ignore it. We women need to take better control of our health and be knowledgeable on every aspect of it.
Are you on a blood thinner such as plavix or aspirin? Nattokinase can also help reduce blood coagulability.
@briandriscoll1480 I was on asprin right after the stroke. I refused blood thinners. After hemorrhaging in a police department, I stopped the thinners.
I do take nattokinase and serrapeptase. I've been on bio identical hormones since after the stroke, which has been 7 years now, and I'm doing great, and I'm back to "normal" with no long-lasting effects.
@@Candeerose3 Aspirin and plavix (clopidegrel) are very similar in function and effectiveness, with the main difference being the aspirin users are more prone to bleeding. Given that you have a PFO, as do I, it is a risk factor for stroke. I've been on plavix for over 13 years with no apparent side effects. I had a small TIA recently and my neurologist is talking about eliquis. Having looked into its side effects and dietary restrictions (similar to warfarin), I will stick with plavix.
Dehydration can be a factor. Anything that kicks in high healing especially in us more mature folks can cause us to need large amounts of sea salt for hydration. I currently put 1 tsp of Celtic into 1 liter of water . 3-5 liters daily. I'm finally beating the dry mouth and other symptoms
COVID VACCINES ARE NOW PROVING TO BE A FACTOR, TOO.
Electrolytes are critical. I supplement potassium and magnesium.
I have been carnivore for two years, felt dehydrated so started adding salt to my water and it shot my blood pressure sky high. Now I’m on BP meds. Be careful with the salt for some people! I was using Redmonds and other days the Celtic salt. I felt great at first adding the salt. I’m also only 38!

That was dads line😂 he didn't believe drs knew much about health. My sister in law wrote 3 pages of supplements dad was on. The health food store came to see him after his massive stroke. But I found up from mom that they only drank coffee, no water. Like my son tells me there's water in it🙄
They are Practicing BIG Pharma
I love Beth’s channel and of course have been a Steak and Butter 🧈 🥩 fan of all you guys.
I was fortunate enough to have parents that made protein and fat a priority. The six kids would fight over the fat on the roast my mom would make and it would be gone by the time she put the roast on the table. :-) :-) :-) I have the most beautiful skin eyelashes and hair thanks to the carnivore diet my parents showed me if I eat anything but the carnivore diet, it shows up negatively right away . May all of these success stories spread like wildfire🥩 Both of my parents lived to 94 years of age and were married 69 years so long live the carnivores.
And I’m betting they were blood type O! And you too most likely.
Speaking of it Beths channel, is it still up? I went to the link in the description of this video and her channel and her Instagram seem to be down. Is that the case for you? Did she start another channel maybe?
@CG-mj8tk can you explain about the blood type please? I'm totally new to this & trying to learn. I'm O+, my husband B+. I appreciate any input you might have.
@@CG-mj8tk It's interesting to hear blood type. I've never heard anyone discuss that on carnivore. Can you elaborate pls? Ty
@@sillylilysallykaye4917 strange I replied to your message and I can’t see it anymore! Dr Peter Dadamo has a book called Blood Type Diet. O type does best on carnivore or meat heavy diet. A is better on more vegetarian. Look up his book it’s interesting.
I am 82 years old, when did that happen? had a retina occlusion in my left eye. My Eye Specialist sent me to the ER after he had come to his clinic on a Sat. night to examine me after my telephone call to him. They all say it is permanent, like a shade pulled down 1/2 of my sight. Unfortunately, it was in my best eye. I have always eaten a high fat diet living on a farm with whole milk, butter, beef and pork, but with vegetables. With Hashimoto's disease, I have high cholesterol and has been suggested that I take statin drugs which I won't do. I was glad to hear Beth's story. I am interested in going Carnivore. Wish me luck with my decision after watching your videos.
Thank you for this video. Definitely moving to carnivore. Can’t wait to check out the rest of your channel.
I had a stroke caused by a PFO and possibly a clotting disorder. I had been carnivore off an on for a year before it. I had no risk factors for stroke and for a day the doctors weren’t even sure I had a stroke because I was recovering so easily and quickly. It wast until I had an MRI that they found 2 spots of stroke. A million tests later they found the hole. They don’t want to fix it without further testing and monitoring my heart. The woman’s story resonates so much with me. I’m glad I found this and found someone else that is saying what I’ve been experiencing. Soon I plan to do longer fasting to induce autophagy and further help my recovery.
I hope you will stay away from vaccines
I had a PFO as well, born with it. I had a stroke and thats how they discovered it. I had surgery to repair at 40 and am 64 now with no further issues. Nice to meet someone else that had the same issue. Wishing you well with carnivore. I'm on a low carb plan.
@@blueskies00 my neurologist is pushing them to fix my PFO soon so hopefully that gets done in the next few months.
I love Beth! So glad you all got together. Bela, some of us need videos on cooking carnivore/ recipes/ ways to not get bored, because like Beth, I’m not a good cook 😊.
Chris from Nashville is great
Generally, one diet change does not cure everything.
Hydration is primary.
Toxin removal is primary.
Exercise is primary.
We are a system. The entire system must be evaluated.
Ischemic stroke at 72 low exercise, good diet. Ate low processed food diet, fruit 40%, veg 40%, 10% of chicken/fish, 5% grain. Only 1% processed chips, little oatmeal, rice, & nuts. Almost no fat, Yet still cholesterol was moderatly high. What elevated my cholesterol?
Your body needs fat. A lot of it. Cholesterol no longer seen as the culprit.
Thank you so much for hosting/ posting this conversation!! ❤❤❤
1) Terrific testimonial. Thank you all. 2) Bella, I've never seen you look so radiant. Kudos. 3) My sister (now 75) had IBS for 20 years or more, and it went TOTALLY away in about a month after she stopped drinking coffee about a year ago. Amazing.
25:08 This sounds like Dr Ken Berry…
I’ve been “Ketovore” (though, more Carnivore than anything) since April 2022. I’m a 47 year-old male, and feel the best I’d ever felt.
Amazing video here; thank you all!
😊
I really like Beth she’s such an honest, lovely person I’m so glad she’s recovering well from her stroke, she has saved many people from such a clear story and first aid advice. It’s scary though that you have to find your own medical expert to help future proof things. There are
always multifactorial causes in stroke dependent on the individual but there are recognised risk factors, the long science history doesn’t lie on this take it or leave it.
I always worry about what animals are fed too from antibiotics to poor quality grain, particularly in the states, I always go for organic but it can be pretty expensive. Not quite convinced about total carnivore would miss all the accompanying bits 😊 but will keep exploring, thank you for the video.
If anyone has taken the JAB, please know it's called the clot shot for a reason.
After watching Dr. Chaffee last week, I'm 72 and I feel like I could live to at least 120 years old on carnivore. It has leaned me out beyond belief and I'm super healthy now. Previous diets do have an impact but it can be cleaned up and reversed. I'm leading the charge to believe we CAN live well past 100 And be Healthy, Active and happy. Eat your meat.😂
I'm 72 also! And like you, the carnivore diet has turned me into a completely new person! My psoriasis is gone. My thyroid is functioning properly, and I've lost 80 pounds. I feel amazing. Except for one thing..... I've had the runs for weeks! I had them when I first began carnivore, but they went away. But the condition returned and it just won't go away. Any ideas?
@@jburdick8611How long u been on it? Also fat makes ya poop more. So varying amounts of fat per day?
@@simplysarah0310 I've been carnivore for just under a year. It could be the fat, I suppose....hard to say though.
*****Yes, eat your meat and stay away from MRNA vaccines*****
The human body is designed to last hundreds of years, yet life expectancy is in the low 70's for Americans, which should just be "middle aged" if you think about it. We may not be able to control our toxic environment, but we CAN control what we put into our mouths. I've often say to people who complain about their health issues, "getting old ain't for pussies.... or dummies!" lol!
FIND a good Neurologist to review your Aneurysm. I had a Giant aneurysm "clipped" almost 20 years ago now, but I still have one on an artery at the base of my skull, although my Doc said it's not in an area that can be operated on. Thank God you've recovered so quickly and the Carnivore diet had such a great impact on your health.
The gift of your stroke could very well be the information of your aneurysm. My Giant aneurysm was found on accident, went to the doctor for a completely different reason with absolutely NO symptoms of an aneurysm.
Bless you on your Carnivore journey and your health!!
Thank you for this excellent video. I have been having mini strokes the past year plus and new to carnivore. I’ve definitely seen benefits already in the 3 weeks on carnivore
Starting Carnivore today. My dad has Ulcerative Colitis and I started looking in to this diet for him, but now I’m convinced I need to do it too!
Yeah, that anecdotal evidence is a fools paradise ! !
Has your dad started this diet? I’d like to hear about his progress if so
I so needed this interview today!!!!
I’m in SBG and having a rough few weeks. Just perfect timing.
I have a huge ICA aneurysm, the entire left side of my neck. It took 2 pipelines to hold it. I had a brain aneurysm rupture at age 30, causing 2 strokes, 1 ischemic and 1 hemorrhagic. Paralyzed my left side for about a year. God took care of that. Ive been medically retired 4 times and continued to work until the last time when I was getting my carotid aneurysm pipelines put in and the anesthesiologist ripped my radial artery in my dominant arm causing compartment syndrome leaving me with just basic functions, that one sat me straight down. Im carnivore and ive lost 170 lbs so far. I love this! Pain is gone from osteoporosis and osteoporosis, degenerative disc disease from having a total hysterectomy at age 23 with no hormone replacement because my cancer was hormone reactive. I eat to live now. I have to.
My husband didn’t have a taste for meat after COVID for a while. He said it all tasted rotten. Went plant based for a while, but now he is strict carnivore. Great results for him. Getting huge in a good way.
Thank you for sharing this Bella. I had seen Beth’s video after the stroke but was wondering about more of the details. Keep sharing the good messages!
She is such a sweet soul,
I am certain she is learning so much after this episode she experienced lately. Love and blessings to her.🩷
So here's the problem with this claim..
1. She is obviously older so age plays a role.
2. What was the cause of the stroke? Did she throw a clot, did an aneurysm burst, etc?
3. What did her blood work show at time of the incident ident? Hugh cholesterol, triglycerides etc?
4. Does her family history put her risk?
5. Does she suffer from a-fib?
6. Has she had any recent surgery?
The list of factors goes on and on so to blame the diet is really going out on a limb.
She had a PFO (major stroke risk) and a carotid aneurysm (major stroke risk). She would also have had extensive blood work done at the time of the stroke. Which almost certainly found nothing, which is why they did a CT scan of the carotids and an echocardiogram, either transesophageal or transthoracic, which found the aneurym and PFO. Blaming diet would be akin to blaming a poor night's sleep on the pea under the mattress.
I'm on day 1 lion diet after 2 weeks of carnivore diet. I need to heal from Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, psoriasis, pre-diabetic, macular degeneration, anxiety, candida, recurring UTI' and more. I like tracking my health and taking my health in my own hands. I won't stop till healed. I want to continue being an active grandma, being an example for others to follow.
BETH! You made it to SBG!! Glad you are still doing well!
I’m doing better. I fell off track but ready to get back to eating well. I am inspired by healing stories. Thank you Bella. ❤
My father died of a stroke within days after getting the CV 19 booster. I know several other families that have had this happen as well and it all goes back to this untested experimental mRNA vaccine.
For IBS, might try butter in your 1st cup of coffee. I also take turmeric daily to reduce inflammation. May clash with stroke meds.
When I checked out pork rinds in the grocery store, they were fried in seed oils, and gave me as much grief as potato chips... I've had a half dozen strokes and have lost 2 doctors, and 3 cardiologists because I refuse to go back on statins.
I'm going to start carnivore as soon as my first freezer bundle arrives.
Pork Belly recipe that is so incredible and tender. I buy the big pieces at Costco (package of 8). I wrap 4 at a time, single layer, in parchment paper and then 2 layers of foil. Cook it all because you will wish you had more sitting in the fridge for snacks ! Slow bake in oven at 275 for 3 1/2 hours. Remove from oven to cool (don't unwrap it yet!). Once cooled, let it sit in the fridge overnight, then you can unwrap it. It is soooo tender, your knife just melts through it. Cut it up any size you like and toss in the pan to get some crisp sides/edges. So darn delicious, my freezer it full of it. LOL You are welcome !
Thanks!
Prayers Beth, your such a sweet person. Ive followed you a couple of years. Love your inspirational quotes!
I interpreted for possible stroke patient and the team of nurses and doctors was ready and expecting him to arrive, after family suspected it. I was amazed how serious they took that call and had lots of providers worked on him, they were basically on standby, ready as soon as he gets there to start helping. 😊
One of the no 1 side affects of the jab is a stroke/aneurysm.
Exactly. My mothers best friend had a very bad stroke after her first shot. I know a 35 yr old man who dropped dead soon after his first booster. I know several others who have died of very aggressive cancers. Excess deaths have risen dramatically since the rollout of the shots, this is a fact.
RUBBISH!! Conspiracy theories are fun, but rubbish!..
@@maryburbidge8350Sorry but you just don't have a clue...
Beth, I can't quit thinking about your hip replacement. Increase risk of stroke with bone surgery. Was that ever considered as a factor for your stroke?
Yep. My mom had a pulmonary embolism after hip surgery, super common issues
I really love Beth mentioning how even bad things are a gift and her belief & trust in God to show her the gift in negative situations. I really need to adopt that attitude.
This was a great video. Very happy she's ok & I pray she finds (found?) a surgeon to fix her aneurysm.
Wow, I just came across this amazing channel, and what a helpful tip Beth shared. I am 55 and had a stroke 3 weeks ago, exactly the same modalities as Beth described. I got to the hospital a day late and was admitted for a week. I was given a high dose of TPA. I’m recovering gradually. My movement is almost 90%, but I still feel slightly weak in my left leg and arm. I’m wondering if I will one day get back to 100% and if I could go back to the gym and do cardio as I used to.
This was a great interview. The pork rinds w/ melted butter as popcorn hack was amazing bc popcorn is weakness for me.
Beth was extremely HONEST that her quick recovery was due to eating Carnivore. She also did not blame the stroke on her diet but it was found she had a brain bleed all of which was repaired. She along with myself, in our mid 60’s are more apt to experience some health issues no matter what we’re are doing now.
Thank you all for the video❤❤❤ Awesome!
Beautiful beings all four of you!!! Thank you for sharing! Greetings from Switzerland!
Both the hole in the heart and the aneurysm are risks for causing a stroke. Glad you’re doing ok.
Unfortunately, Beth also had the "shot".
I saw your video and appreciated it! This video with the others is also great! I can sincerely relate with you as I had already had one heart attack before going keto and now carnivore 😮 I fight with doctors and have decided pretty much to NOT go back because I will NEVER do statins! My LDL IS extremely high (family inherited) but I’m staying on carnivore! Thanks Beth
Great video!!
I'm definitely going to try carnivore. Great video!
All of you are a great inspiration. Thank you.
My go to "snacks"? Shaved ribeye steak in the dehydrator for ~ 3 -3.5 hours. Thinly sliced pork belly (shabu) in the dehydrator for ~ 4 - 4.5 hours depending on thickness.
Are these meats cooked or marinated before you dehydrate them?
The meat is raw. I control the seasonings and all that I put on is a good salt. It is not the same as jerky. Texture and taste is very light. @@chetmyers7041
I'm always going through the grocery store lecturing people, in my head, about all the bad food they're eating and that they could be losing weight and feeling better!!
I'm sure her stroke had nothing to do with the safe and effective treatment
On carnivore going into 8th month at 65yrs Im very healthy went for full blood work all was perfect dr also found my LDL was a bit high he said not to worry its because of pure protien consumption. He says wow Im such an inspiration he feels like doing it too. I feel great also follow you all thanks for motivation ❤
The lady with the stroke if she took the covid jab then i strongly believe that was her reason for this stoke.
100%
This is so wonderful! I've been a subscriber of Beth for a long time. She is such a sweetheart and very encouraging. I got interested in carnivore through her and have been watching a ton of carnivore videos lately though I'm not yet on carnivore, so I was so excited to come across this video with her on it! Great interview. I'll subscribe to you now also.
If you are taking hormone replacement therapy - you may need to cut back on dosage when doing carnivore. I wish someone would do / publish research on this and inform others.
Yes! Lost the weight while doing HRT and had to adjust down.
Can you elaborate on why it’s important to cut back on HRT? I’m on 150mg of slow release progesterone.
@@beaberean3842only because your body may start reproducing hormones simply because hormones are fat dependent and carnivore provides this. Progesterone is protective and a balancer of the other hormones.
I think I've followed Beth before too! Glad to see you doing well and eating the proper human diet (as some of the carnivore docs say)!
Thanks for the 3 hour limit notice ❤
Love your attitude Beth Re: everything that happens in life is a gift! A stroke will def cause people to either turn their life around and adopt a healthy lifestyle or just continue with the stays quo. Congratulations on staying the course with Carnivore!
Yes, the studies reveal the people who died the least from heart disease were those with a LDL of 230. So, 230 is the goal for LDL if you desire to avoid heart attacks. I saw that study, quite an eye-opener!
Do you have a link
I need a link too please
I love Beth’s channel ❤
I’m 4 days in and I feel absolutely great. Depression has definitely lifted and I’m motivated and not tired, I feel similar to how I felt a couple weeks after quitting a 15 year chewing tobacco addiction. I had already got off aderall I have a lot of inflammation and leaky gut and this is starting to help quite a bit
To clarify I am only eating grass fed and finished beef currently and some cheese butter beef tallow Water and salt
I agree with you, only eat grass fed meat as grain fed causes inflammation - learned that from experience.
