You've just got to appreciate all the old rockers who got us to where we are today. Even in their 60's they can make better music than rapper jerks in their prime. Stevie Winwood had more talent and achieved more in his teenage years than most have done in their entire lives.
Different Winwood Versions of give me some lovin" : Mid 60s: Spence Davis Group with Steve Winwood .70s: Traffic Live, 80s : Clapton &Winwood - Arms Concert , 90s: Winwood -Solo, 00s: Winwood &Clapton- Cross roads and other shows. 10s; Winwood with Warren Haynes . Each time different but Winwood vocals in 10s ~ As good as mid 60s
We get it, you what's a bass. Bully for you. Have you thought of setting your whining to music? The whiny blues not yet a thing, so that could be your place in music history.
I'll start again. I was so disappointed that the bass was not included in this show why? The bass made it and should be the into and continuing in rest of the song.
What is unique and rewarding in this performance is Haynes ' respect for Winwood's gift. Not a bad blend; could easily have been ruined by Warren. Too bad the whole recording is so thin. Pirated?
The 2nd grade guitar work in this performance was embarrassing to say the least. I'm sorry and I know this fact is going to piss some people off but it's true. Damn!
A guitar solo is the least thing that this alltime great song needs! It is all about a slightly distorted hammond organ, the bass line of course and drums. Haynes is a consumate player. He is most of the time playing much much to much notes. Less is more.I avoid watching videos with him. His constant overplaying is unnerving to me.
Wow - Warren and Steve. I didn’t expect to find this.
Warren Hayne, the hardest working man in rock and roll! He's everywhere!
He's got, like, six expansions. :)
Going to see Gov't Mule on 1st. June. That day can't come round soon enough.
He is quite the gentleman , met him acouple of times !!! He said he does it for the Love of Music , sharing his gift 😁
Steve Winwood still totally rocks!!
What a show. It was a dream come true to see Steve Winwood.
Steve Winwood with Warren Haynes, what for a` great session, grandios
Winwood is such a great singer, always has been
Tell me how many other signers with a hit in 1965 an sound just like it was just recorded .... wow Stevie amazing gift.
Maybe Curtis Move On Up is tied with me. I love warren on the 50th remake of the Weight with Robbie.
Definitely he always Stevie !!!

Now this is some of the greatest old school rock n roll ever.. how could anyone who loves R&R 👎 this .. WTF
because this is a disaster hahaha
I was on that Mountain that night. What a way to cap off the festival. Awesome.
Didn't we get 3 Low Sparks this wknd.
Love the way Warren brings the seasoning and throws down in dollops and sprinkles. Timeless song. Stevie still rocking out like he's 17 still.
yeppers . he plays in colors as well .
c'est ma jeunesse j'ai vu Steve Winwood en 1966 au Tube à Aulnay sous bois aujourd'hui j'ai 64 ans et j'adore toujours cette musique
Idem

David Kerns Blackberry Smoke
Dude, you kidding right. Robinson Brothers, Anders Osborne, JJ Grey & Mofro, Davy Knowles...
great version with the one and only Steve Winwood and the "grandios" Warren Haynes great a´spezial "Thanks" for genial music
I hope Warren got to play on Low Spark too. He killed that in the Q with Phil Lesh.
I was there. Epic

Two of the all time greatest voices!
Steve Winwood è fantastico
this is kick ass
almost a Traffic jam
Winwood is an absolute icon. For Warren to jam with this cat must have been a highlight. #WarrenHaynesGetsIt
Winwood and Haynes........how can you go wrong.
That was GOOD.

I grandi non hanno età.......
Steve Winwood é um desses ultimos astros!!! fantástico!!!! também faz ótima parceria com o não menos fantástico Eric Clapton....
Does Stevie sound different than he did 40 years ago? Not to me.
The Hammond is still a killer!

super
lovin lovin lovin gimme some luvin........
Once established,,,,,,, anything goes.
Great song! What happened to original bass... There is no bass happening here? The bass was the front sound of this song?
This cat sounds a lot like Jeff Beck to my ears....which obviously is a massive compliment.
7:40 in the morning. All I'm saying is "Fuck the neighbours!" This is turned all the way up.
If this doesn't make you glad to be alive ; NOTHING will !!!
It is good to be old
excellent timing
remembers me of Taj Mahal - Ain´t that a lot of love
4/5
I wish I could shake his hands
I had not even other comments about this song...I read after posting mine so I don't feel alone. The bass is is not there?
Patricia bennett-siciliaP payricia, where are You from??
We get it, you what's a bass. Bully for you. Have you thought of setting your whining to music? The whiny blues not yet a thing, so that could be your place in music history.
Common Steve, I need more COWBELL!!
I agree, the original bass line in this song was an important part of the tune! Still a great song though
Steve Woan put on headphones man. It's there u can't listen to music on a phone
I'll start again. I was so disappointed that the bass was not included in this show why? The bass made it and should be the into and continuing in rest of the song.
Patricia bennett-siciliaP Steve is playing it on the B3 put headphones on
Agreed. Almost reminds me of the Doors, but the players are much better.
This is no piss ant Seattle band. I really like the performance, but the missing bass in the arrangement hurts the song! (Hey, it had to said)
now who are these guys? some garage band I reckon
Where the F is the bass??
Cutbacks
So...organ bass???
Steve seems like whatever... but he is a monster!
there's no bass so you can hear the guitar solo
Warren trying hard to not steal the show
What is unique and rewarding in this performance is Haynes ' respect for Winwood's gift. Not a bad blend; could easily have been ruined by Warren. Too bad the whole recording is so thin. Pirated?
Not a chance. Cameras on stage.
kind of a wimpy version
Yeah, kinda thin. It isn´t really filling in
No bass player? Bizarre.
Winwood plays bass notes on the organ pedals.
The drummer doesn't really get it. And yes, I play guitar, bass, and drums on this song.
I'm a drummer aswell, and I'm pretty sure you dont get it.... he plays it all in the pocket and I kinda like a couple of his fills
rather subdued -expected more
No Bass........Nice guitar tone but a bit of mindless noodling by a great player. A weak performance in my opinion, but most will like it.
No bass player
I don't much care for the hippie-jam version of this, though I like and respect all musicians involved.
The 2nd grade guitar work in this performance was embarrassing to say the least. I'm sorry and I know this fact is going to piss some people off but it's true. Damn!
Post some of your higher level music you play. Amuse us with your brilliance!
Crap without the bass!
que vergüenza y españoles ninguno yo soy buena musica

This has to be the most idiotic thing I've ever read.
settle down francis. lets hear some of YOUR shit
@Trump 4 Merica do yourself a favor and find the movie stripes with Bill Murray... You'll thank me
Well it's obvious to me that you have absolutely no taste for great music
Lol, Warren is one of the greatest
