Love that bike, I just got a sensor so I can't buy another bike, but if I can talk my brother into one I'll be riding the force also. Sounds like a plan to me 😀
Derek Smith I did the same thing, I have a brand new Sensor Pro Frame still in the box.
@@danhenderson783 I've been talking on another channel about bar width, and fit. If you don't like the bars, which I didn't, the backsweep was to much for me, I put 5 rise and 5 backsweep on it and it's perfect for me. By the time I got them squared up I was 755 and now I'm cutting all my bars that length. I'm 5 10 with a narrow chest, but my wingspan is 72 inches. Now I can ride it like I want. But I'm more xc than dh so getting over the back tire is not to big of an issue but I still can do it, just not as good as with that 15 backsweep. Try different bars man, and when you hit bingo, you're gonna love that sensor. Thanks for reply man.

I have just the bare frame + shock from GT now.
I usually do it that way as I like to do a full custom build to my liking.
Question, what front fork are you running such as travel and brand ?
I’m looking at the Fox 34 or Rockshox Pike 29 either in 130mm or 140mm
@@danhenderson783 I've got the stock 130 Rockshox Sektor RL. But when I switch I'm going to something light for local xc racing. I don't know now man, if you're going to get rough with it I'd go 140 with the bike in the low setting and one of the top grades. But the pricing is getting out of hand. I would talk to as many riders as possible. Trail features has one and he would be a good one to ask. He is over 6 foot, so he probably test the fork he has to the limit. Good luck with the build. I'm wanting to do a build but I'm at least three years away because of teenager kids. Man they know how to spend money 😀.
@@danhenderson783 hey man, I just thought about it but GT has a yt channel and the subs are a little low so the next time Phil makes a video on that channel talk with him also. He's not overwhelmed with comments there and he'll talk to you. He might be limited on what he can say but he would be the man.
