Hello, quick question. Are those seats also sold separately? I have a Ninebot ekickscooter c2 pro se that I just got which doesnt have a seat. But i may or may or may not return it because it does not have a display and for what ever reason hat i havent figured out, it won't run. Mind you it's brand new out of the box. So idk if its a batery issues. Anyway I will return it soon if im not able to get it to work. Sorry if this was long. Have a wonderful day and week.
Hey Bambina, cheers for the question! All kickscooter seats are sold separately from the actual kickscooters (sorry to say). For your actual kickscooter, we’d recommend reaching out to Segway-Ninebot, the manufacturer, at technicalsupport@segway.com if there’s an apparent issue with it. However, you can always return it, whether you bought it directly from Segway or another retailer. Just make sure you’re aware about their return policies. Otherwise, there are a handful of other kickscooters on the market that have a seat like the MAX series and F-Series scooters. We’d recommend doing a bit of research on those to see which one is right for you! Cheers! - Mikey :)
We wish we had a proper timeline for you, but we’re just Segway of Ontario (separate from Segway). Also, since the MAX G2 is fairly new, you’re likely to wait a while for a G2 seat to be released. Hope that helps!🤠

Good question! The seat attachment does sit over the charge port and makes it so the flap doesn't lift as high, but still lifts more than enough to get it plugged in. It makes it approximately 40% more difficult at most, but is still doable. - Mikey
The folding hardware for mine has started breaking - would you know what I need to buy to replace it? i.e the bolt in front of the folding / locking screw at base of scooter

Unfortunately, the Ninebot MAX scooter seat doesn’t seem to be compatible with your InMotion Air Pro (only suitable for the MAX G30LP & G30P). The reason is due to the diagonal slant along the sides of the floorboard for the locking blocks to be secured. Sorry about that!
It’s only compatible with Ninebot MAX series scooters. Sorry about that! Though, you could always come by our store with your scooter and test it out with our demo model.🤠
Sorry for the late reply there! Yes, you most certainly can! The saddle needs to be folded down and angled to either the left or right side for this to work. Hope that helps! 🤠🛴

Since that scooter is fairly new, it might be a little while before we hear about a seat for it. We recently posted a short on our channel explaining that the Ninebot MAX scooter seat does not work on the MAX G2. Hope this helps! 🤠👍

@@Brig2009 there is only so much we can do on that front as an independently-owned Segway-Ninebot retailer. There is a massive demand for MAX G2 scooter seats, but only time will tell when and if they choose to make one.

Quick question is it universal for any other scooters
Unfortunately, no. The Ninebot MAX scooter seat only works with the MAX G30P & G30LP. The reason why is because of the deck size and width.

No, it only works on the MAX G30P and G30LP. Segway-Ninebot hasn’t released a seat for the MAX G2 yet. - Mikey

Only the Ninebot MAX G30P and G30LP. It does not work with any other scooters.

Unfortunately, only Ninebot MAX series scooters!

Unfortunately, it is only suitable for MAX series scooters. We do offer a separate F-series scooter seat on our website though!

These aren’t legal in Ontario in public areas under the Highway Traffic Act. However, if it’s your own private property, then that’s different.
