One thing I can disagree with is the fact that you were wrong about the sabotage. Interviewers will try to catch you slipping so be on guard!!

    Good morning sir,
Thank you for all the tips you give us. My question is, it is possible to write the date on a paper to go with in any interview you go for.

Hi sir, thank you for your useful help and comments on asylum interview at US. How can we figure out when we are invited to asylum interview?

Asylum case interviews have been delayed for a while. Unfortunately there is not much you can do. You can try calling the USCIS customer service line or scheduling an INFO PASS for an appointment in person, but most of the times, they just give a generic response that your case is being processed.

Was it legal for the government to do this to me? Could IJ adjust status ?
I came to the usa at the port of otay mesa. I had a valid B2 visa. I asked the border guard right away for an asylum. After 2 days in the border, they sent me to detention for 3 months. The visa was cancelled in accordance with the law 22 CFR 41.122.
At the Master Hearing the judge accused me of entering the US without a visa (although I had the visa). But I told her I had a visa. The judge postponed another master hiring to find out the visa situation. Is it right and according to the law the border guards acted? Is there any chance that if I was not treated according to the law to win the case and get adjustment of status?
