I know That I have to Maintain My F1 Student status to adjust Status. My PD is still 3 Years away that may takes another 5-6 yrs to adjust status. Now, Recently I have been through an incident where I can File U visa petition and Usually after Lawsuit People get their Bona fide Determination and EAD within a Year. So my Question is, Can I Adjust status in family catogery on bona fide determination Status and Leave my School once I get bona fide determination and EAD ? If possible this will save me Hugh bucks on College fees and also I can Work on bona fide determination EAD. Thanks for your Time.

Hey After we got the intent to revoke on i-130 application 2 months ago,,i check today on uscis page and it says we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number . Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. .... its that a good news?

But before that , i was wishing to bring her up here with tourist/visit visa . So can I do anything with this regard as like sending some invitation or apply for anything saying that I miss her and I am living here all alone by myself I need my mom by my side so that i can get her quickly then after i'll get my citizen i'll apply for her thats a different case.

You are wrong about filling anything by printing. part 2 its not grayed out to type because you did not select 1.f if u did it would gray out. Please read instruction clearly. NO ONE should PRINT anything to fill out unless they want to. you can TYPE EVERYTHING on the form.

Hi sir I am in the F1 category my priority date is October 13 2015. I was documentary qualified in 2021. On July 2024 my case became current. My interview was scheduled for August 2024. The sad thing is the immigration officer told me unfortunately both my kids aged out. She also told me she saw our case was pending for a long time. It was heartbroken for me to hear this. I paid for my kids visa, They also did there medical and to go and hear that it was very sad.
