In my device this issue not showing. Try to update all system apps and if problem not solve try to backup your data and reset it. Because it's a major update so many apps which are running on Android 13 May show issue while running on Android 14.

It's safe for update but after updating you might feel some lagging issues because of the Android 13 to 14 update. So if you feel this you can reset your device.

It's because those applications are running on Android 13 but after updating your device will update to Android 14. So it's possible that some applications which are not listed on play store might show issues while running.
